This hotel, like many other large 5 star wannabe hotels in Antalya has a grand lobby and exterior to impress but your hopes start to diminish as soon as you meet reception! The staff just seem to look at you with so much resentment that you wish you hadn't bothered to even open your mouth! I have visited many hotels in Antalya and think that morale amongst the staff is very low and of course this is reflected in how they treat their guests. Of course this is indicative of a wider economic problem where there is a big gap between the rich and poor in Turkey but having travelled far and wide to countries with similar problems i have to say that some of their attitudes stink!
Anyway, onto the room... we had a suite which was very spacious with good views but the bathroom was very tired and wifi was a rarity.
The food was very average/bland and for 5 star all inclusive i found the drinks on offer were watery and of poor quality. The fresh Gozleme that was available most afternoons was very tasty though and i just hope the lady making them with her bare hands was paid enough.
The grounds of the hotel were kept clean and the swimming pool was nice but closed early.
Location is good, being on the coast with spectacular views and within walking distance of many flash bars and restaurants.
A little tip on the nightlife in Antalya in general:
Beware if you are a) male and going to a club (as you will most likely be targeted by organised crime gangs using prostitutes to fleece you)
or b) female and going to a club (as you will most likely be hounded by men who think you are a prostitute just because you are 'made up')

Room Tip: Ask for a suite as they are very spacious

This hotel offers you an extremely poor hosting, crap wifi connection, terrible meal ever, unfriendly way of dealing with your inquiries. People who work there know either no English or so little that communication seems impossible. The guest stairs is stinky and the worst part was the cockroaches and bugs in breakfast bread!

stayed 4 nights on the 10th floor. You have to switch on the AC manually each time you enter the room. If you do not, the room stays hot. The all- inclusive part makes it interesting if you do not mind a big dining hall with a lot of people in it. There were hardly any lines, although the hotel was fully booked ( so they said ) . One third of occupants were from Iran, one third from former Russian states, and after that a mixture. Also most of the alcoholic drinks were included and I was happy to observe that everybody is very well behaved. Most personnel do not speak english, or only a little bit. Not bad for a business trip with a few days to relax afterward. Everything is incl;uded, also towels for swimming. The sea is nice, but you have to you down the steps the reach it, and at the end a ladder.

Room Tip: close the bathroom door at night, so the room stays cooler

We've stayed here twice as part of our tour. It's lovely when you walk in, but they don't seem to want to turn the air on. The lobby level is beautiful, with a comfortable lounge, large dinning area and fabulous pool area, which ultimately leads to a swimming dock below the rock ledge.

But once you go up, it's bare-bones from there. The rooms are sparse and the furnishings minimal. We've been a triple both times and each room had a huge pillar in it which caused a lot of traffic flow issues in our room. They only had a light coverlet blanket on the extremely uncomfortable beds. No coffee maker and Internet barely worked, unless in the lobby.

They seem to keep the air off in the public areas, so it was very hot. And the air in our room didn't stay on when we left so it was always hot upon our return.

The hammam was a nice experience, but was surprised it was co-ed since this isn't a truly Turkish experience. The price was reasonable though, so if you're ok with it, it's worth it.

The outdoor pool is open only until 7pm which was frustrating after a hot day of site-seeing.

The breakfast buffet was endless and tasty. Even the 5 lira glass of orange juice was good. Outdoor seating options make it quite pleasant.

I'm not sure if I'd stay here again. I might look for more comfortable amenities.

3/5 in all aspects. food 3/5. Sea beach: This is one of the few hotels in Antalya on the rocks with a lift to the sea. 95 % of the hotels including the 5 star ones have 180 stairs from the top to the sea so it is a problem if you can climb up the stairs. The lift at Adonis is a short distance one and you still have to use stairs before and after the lift!!!!! The platfrom down at the sea level is good but the ladder is a real problem! The ladder is vertical and high (4 metres)! You have to climb down and up ...a bit dangerous!
Sea spot: not that calm but quite nice.
Warning DONT GET A ROOM UNDER LEVEL 8 in the hotel cause the airconditioning is central and they work it as they please and you will cook your back side in the summer. The food hall is a big Sauna. The whole hotel need serious airconditioning revamping! SERIOUS!
Pool is ok.
View is 5/5!
Parking staff 5/5
No car rental service at hotel.
Rooms are 4/5.
Room with sea view? Good luck you wont get it! They'll tell you we will write a request and cant guarantee it. They wont tell you in advance that only floors 8,9 and 10 have room controlled aircon. So you will find out when you get there!
Nationalities? Russians and other ex soviet union republics people. Hardly any local tourists.
For half the price go to a cheap motel like Flora straight ahead after Adonis for 55 Tl including breakfast. For sea you can go to TAPAS and pay 10 T.L. and they have a lift to the sea and a great beach and perfect platforms sea level.
Either do a real 5 star hotel or go to a motel. By the way The Marmara has it all! A lift and a tunnel with a superb beach and decks!
So Adonis? 3/5

My friend and I had a very good stay at Adonis hotel for 10days/ 9 nights.
The weather was lovely, the sea clean and beautiful and water temperature comfortable fro swimming.
The hotel's location we considered as a big plus from the very beginning. The Hotel is 5 km from the city centre in a nice area with good restaurants (Topaz - traditional Turkish and Stellas Manzara Restaurant with Italian cuisine) nearby. Starbucks was 5 minutes’ walk away as well as a Jolly Joker pub with a live music.
The hotel's building has been renovated recently so our room was nice and fresh with all toiletries needed and two bottles of water in mini bar. We had partial sea view and a chance to enjoy the sea view and the view of the cosy streets of Antalya.
We were on all-inclusive and never had difficulties to find something fancy to eat. For breakfast I used to have clabber with jam and a cup of coffee with halva. But the breakfast selection was impressive, omelette with different fillings, boiled eggs, lots of vegetables, freshly baked bread, rolls, fruits, etc. Squeezed orange, apple and carrot juice (big glass) is 1,5 euro only. Lunch menu was not so rich, but substantial; two kinds of soup, 3-4 main courses, again lots of vegetable, sweets, fruits. You could enjoy free vine, beer, gin, tea and coffee from coffee machine. Dinner menu was richer with different kind of grilled meat, grilled vegetables, stewed meat and vegetables, salads, fruits and sweets. Pahlava was delicious!
We also really enjoy the service. The stuff was friendly, but not overfriendly, which is very important in Turkey. The entertainer guy Musa (Michael, Misha) did really great job and was very kind and attentive to everybody! Made us, hotels’ guests, smile and happy. Room service was daily and a nice Turkish lady cleaned our room thoroughly. People did their job without waiting the tips, but we always tried to give small money as a sign of recognition of their kind care.
We will definitely return to Adonis (in October, hopefully).
We highly recommend the hotel to young people, families without children and those who enjoy the seaside of Turkey, but do not like to spend time at the hotel only.

Room Tip: We would recommend a higher floor as view is better
