“Don't expect anything remotely close to 5 Star”
Reviewed 2 September 2012 via mobile

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our children 5 & 7 in a family room and this was our first experience of an all inclusive family resort.

The hotel is situated next to the busy coastal highway and the beach across the road (after negotiating with the traffic) is not very wide and is very rocky. No sand and very cramped. You're much better of getting a bus or taxi to Lara Beach.

Our room was very basic with the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on. The aircon is totally ineffective, the bathroom adequate but There no TV in the master bedroom. Room cleaning was pretty poor and restocking of water and new towels very random.

There are 2 fairly good swimming pools plus a pool with 2 water slides. Unfortunately the marble flooring is incredibly slippery and we saw many children slip and fall but fortunately no serious injury. Every day you listen to music blaring out, the same playlist played monotonously everyday and the same for the arranged activities water polo, pool aerobics and musical chairs. It's like clockwork and certainly no creative thought process exists at this hotel.

The food was very, very disappointing here. It caters mostly for Iranian and Russians but that should'nt be a problem as I lived in Russia for 5 years and was once married to an Iranian so very familiar with both cuisines. There is no pride taken in the preparation, cooking and delivery of the food. The ingredients are poor and the food is literally slopped out. There's little or no variation from day to day and I'd question the freshness of some of the food on display. In the end we chose to eat away from the hotel which kind of defeats the object of all inclusive.

The hotel says it features a kids club. Forget it. It's a room near the pool with a few basic toys fit only for babies and toddlers with no activities and certainly not somewhere you'd want to leave your children.

On the positive side the staff were hospitable, friendly and helpful and we met some charming and interesting people here of all nationalities. We also enjoyed Turkey and the places we visited in Antalya. Such a shame the hotel doesn't reflect good things too!

We recently stayed at this hotel with 2 children, thinking all inclusive would be better value for money.
The hotel was nice looking and very clean, and on the whole the staff were friendly and helpful, however the food left much to be desired, especially where children are concerned, it was very repetetive and when meat was served on a hot plate in the restaurant it was like 'feWding time at the zoo!' We were led to believe there were 7 restaurants, but in reality there was a choice of three with an a la carte restaurant that you could only visit once during the stay and had to book days in advance. We chose the chinese menu which we were told was the best choice but we found it to be poor and it was a set menu with no choice. The pool bar only served croquette potatoes or potato wedges at lunchtime, and we had to eat out at times to ensure we had some edible food! The pools were nice however very slippy around the outside. There were several days we had to ask for extra towels, we had to pay for the turkish bath which we were led to believe was included and there was no courtesy room on the last day, and with the showers broken we had to get showered and changed in the shower in the spa area. Overall hotel was clean but food very poor.

My girl friend and I stayed there 5th-11th July, we booked via booking.com.
We payed almost 60TL to get to this hotel from airport. As we get in they welcomed us but waited more than 1 hour to get into our room it was 3pm and something. Room was in the 6th floor wing A, and it was clean.
Good reviews: Cleanness, opposite beach
Bad reviews: Awful food (full of nothing, fried onion, mixing rubbish, no free fresh fruit juice just water and suger with artificial colors, the oil for cooking was dark black used for weeks ,,,,), people swimming with dress in the pool, silly shows at night, dirty glasses and plates, stone beach.
I recomend to the hotel owner to forget about all inclusive and work more on quality and have rules for swiming in the pool! Not a 5start at all.

Room Tip: I won't recomend this hotel at all.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff are very nice, the rooms are well air conditioned, pools are good, waterslides for kids and its very clean however you had to pay extra for pool, air hockey, spa, internet etc, the food is discusting- there is no english food, only vegtables and when some meat is bought out people push infront of you! There is more point in going to the burger king and macdonalds down the road. The restraunt which says 'off the menu' is a set menu and not worth booking for! Not many English people staying at the hotel mostly German, Iranies and Russians. Not enough towels everyday, small balconeys without chairs, terrible beach which you can not stand on unless you wear shoes. Definetly not a 'five star' hotel!!

We stayed here for 4 nights. We expected 5 star accommodation service and food. I don't kpnw who gave this hotel 5 stars as it certainly isn't that. It is more of. 3 star hotel. The swimming pool areas are very dangerous as there is no rubber backing or non slip backing around the pool areas, so lots of people slipped. One man came close to hitting his head on the marble step when he slipped. The only alcoholic drinks included in the all inclusive offer is cheap vodka, house red and ouzo.
The breakfasts were awful, who has broccoli and peas in the morning? The food for lunch and dinner were nice but it was quite repetitive. The meat for dinner- you had to queue outside to get your meat, and sometimes you had to queue for 15 minutes.

The rooms were nice and clean and sheets and towels were changed daily. The air conditioning was weak so it was always a bit stuffy in the rooms.

The sTaff were quite rude and looked fed up of us asking questions and so on.

I wouldn't stay here again ever! It was overpriced for what you get.

We have just returned from 11 nights at this dump. We spent a fortune on the holiday choosing an all inclusive hotel thinking that we would save money on not eating out - what a joke!! The food was so disgusting that we couldn't bring ourselves to eat in the restaurant - unless of course you like peas, carrots and brussel sprouts for breakfast. The children lived off bread and rice when we dared to use the restaurant. The staff are the rudest people I have had the misfortune to come across. They really don't like Westerners and will ignore you, serve everybody else first, pretend they can't understand you - the complaints are endless. The rooms are below standard. The drinks are poor and the staff will blatantly give other guests a normal size drink whilst pouring you a dribble. If you are from the UK and expect to be treated like you deserve to be treated like a paying guest on holiday PLEASE DON'T book this hotel!! We came back this morning and we all feel like we need a holiday. I don't normally write reviews but feel so strongly about this place and experience that i am going to post this on every website I can!!

The crew that meets you at checkin are nice, search for Yasin is a good english speaker and can guide you with everything you need.
If your rooms are bad give a tip to the reception they will change them very fast.
It's a 5 star hotel in Turkey but in Europe is worth 2 and a half almost 3 stars.
The experience was overall good could be better. Hotels like Rixos or Titanic from Antalya are in other level way higher than this.
The wors are the people who clean the pool they are always in a hurry.
Thank all the Sealife staff for they're services.
Best regards
