We had the buffet at 43.50 lira per head and a bottle of house white wine at 49.50 lira: well worth it, although we sent back the bottled water as it was warm (today was very hot at 35c). Very helpful staff but they make finding the loo a real challenge (dark and no signs). Regarding the buffet, avoid what appears to be hummus as it is salad cream and one of the desert chocolate mousses as it tastes like cheap American 'pudding'. Really enjoyed it and it's in an idyllic setting - we sat in the street outside and watched the world go by. Lovely!

We were happy with our stay here. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. We were given a very large comfortable room outside of the main house. It was so nice to have all of that space! We loved that we could walk along the sea or we could walk within the walled city or to the Archeological museum. The hotel itself was beautiful. Our dinner and breakfast were included in the hotel price, and these were indeed quite haphazard. It seems all the guests have their dinner included, and therefore when they open the doors at 6, the place is flooded. Its like a race for a table. We had a hard time finding a table and when we did - it was far away from the buffet lines. The buffet lines were long and crowded. In my case, I'm vegetarian and when I finally got to the place on the buffet where the vegetables were served, they were out. So, I had to go to the back of the line and go through the line again. What could have been a romantic dinner ended up being a rotational experience. One of us stayed at the table to ensure no one would think we were finished and carry away our wine! Breakfast wasn't quite as bad, but it wasn't a great experience. On the other hand, we very much enjoyed the happy hour and the margarita pizza just outside the hotel late afternoon as we waited for our airport transfer.

I think the evening dining experience would be greatly improved if they reserved a certain number of guests in each time slot.

The location is great. Right in the heart of the old town. Lots of markets, shops, and restaurants all around and a short walk to the water. Easy access to the structures (clock tower, Hadrianus Gate, etc) and the bazzar. Our first night there of three nights, we had a very old, tired, drab and small room. Wood floors where the boards rattled and just a drab room. But we gave it a shot. We turned on the AC and assumed it would cool the room off during the night. We woke up around 130 AM just covered in sweat and the AC was obviously not working properly. I went down to the desk and the night clerk was very polite and I agreed to not move us till morning as to not wake up the other guests. The next morning we had an all day tour and were picked up at 9 AM. the desk told us to have everything packed and leave it in our room. When we returned they had in fact changed us to a much nicer, larger and working AC room. So I am very appreciative of the staff for making our last 2 nites enjoyable and comfortable. Not real thrilled on being charged for a map, every other hotel in Turkey and Greece provided maps free of charge. Also, we hate eating at hotels and prefer to go out on our own but since our tour company had included dinner here we gave it a shot. The food was fine, nothing really special but it cost some 5 times the amount for bottle of water as it did a few doors down at the market. C'mon, that's a rip! Also, it was noted that no outside food or drink was permitted in the facility. Seriously? So we simply purchased water, sodas, and such and brought them in our back pack and then back in our back pack and threw them out outside the complex. The wi fi only worked near the pool but the signal was strong and there was an outlet there so I could hook up my IPad and check email and such. So, great location, desk staff was very helpful made this a good place for us to stay for 3 nights.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in this month. It's style , ambiance, food etc. does not suit Indian vegetarians. All the 4 days we had no food even though we requested for some vegetarian stuff at least to fill up our stomach. Not worth for vegetarians. Better check before checking in

Alp Pasa is located in the historical district of Antalya, which is just 5 minutes from the port.

The hotel complex consists of a new building and a lovingly restored historic building with both have a mediterranean character and a incomparable holiday flair, in the middle of the old town which you won't find anywhere else in Antalya.
From here you can easily reach the shopping street with bazaars, shops and a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants to chose of.

The food at Alp Pasa was delicious and changed daily.
In the evening you can sit around the pool with a nice restaurant atmosphere with guests from the hotel and guests who come around to choos from the restaurant offer.

Our room was really beautiful. It was very stylishly decorated with stone walls, modern decor and bathroom.

The hotel has a very familiar and personal atmosphere that gave us the feeling of being more than just a guest.
The service was excellent with his attentive, friendly and always helpful hotel staff witch gave us a lot of insider tips and information or even the possibility to have 24 hours available service. We are especially happy to met Tahir who was the night manager and took care that we have a good and comfortable stay in our vacations.

The only disadvantage was the small pool so we went to the beach, but it wasn't so bad, because it's worth it to go to the beach and the reason we flight to turkey to enjoy the sea.

We really recommend the Alp Pasa and would also be happy to book again at this lovely hotel, when we will return back to Turkey.

We are a mature couple and booked a deluxe room in this attractive hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of a holiday + 5 nights at the end of 3 weeks travelling (for a rest) We arrived late on the first evening and were given a cramped room with no outside space, that did not meet the description of the deluxe room. Next morning we requested a change and were shown 3 more rooms. After talking to the manager (at length) we were given a more spacious room in another block. They kept some luggage for us and when we returned after travelling we were given a lovely upgraded room. The manager and reception staff were very helpful and attentive, after the initial difficulties and the serving staff were clean and efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety, although mainly catering for Germans and dinner was good for vegetarians, salads and hot vegetable dishes, although mainly catering for meat eaters. It was quite crowded at times and getting a sunbed bed would be almost impossible. There is an extensive outside public cafe bar area. The hotel lacks changing/shower facilities for clients leaving late. (The room extension rate was very expensive at 10 euros per hour!) The WiFi connection was quite poor and wavered all the time.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors were quieter with nice communal sunny and shaded terraces. Noticed...
