The pension is ok overall. However, it is really over priced and you CAN find better quality for the same price all around, and surely a nicer welcome from the staff.
Dont chose any room on the ground floor, which gets very noisy in the morning (breakfast) and evening (people chatting in the living room).
LGBT travellers are not welcome: we had booked a double bed, but when he saw 2 men the owner switched the keys for a twin bedroom.

I stayed at Ninova Pension during my business trip to Antalya. This is a great small hotel located at Kaleici which is like city center of Antalya and walking distance to everywhere. The hotel is newly renovated and I believe it is a great choice if you are looking a reasonable hotel on the area. The hotel is very comfortable , rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is willing to help any kind issues and very friendly. I definitely recommend Ninova Pension to whom are looking a good , clean and central located hotel at Antalya.

I had no idea what to expect when I booked this hotel, but it turned out to be good. The place gives you a feel of home away from home. Great value for money, but the breakfast gets boring by day 2 as it's the same everyday.

Stayed two nights. A perfect little hideaway, quiet, with a large enclosed open patio and outside seating area. Owners are delightful and ever helpful. The rooms are small, beds are firm, bathroom small but functional, a/c quiet, small t.v. and wardrobe. It was perfect for us but we don't tend to lounge around our hotel rooms. Breakfast was very nice, and included REAL brewed coffee rather than usual "Nescafe" (instant).

Ninova has the charm of the old world and the comfort of home. My room was simple but very clean. If you want a fast-paced impersonal service this is not the place to stay. Brothers Ali and Seb run the place at a leisurely manner which allows you to enjoy the richness of the Ottoman features of the house as you relax after a day of outing. The lounge area could use some improvement along with a new PC. But if you have your own notebook WiFi connection is reliable.

My bedroom overlooked the lovely garden where breakfast was served. The room smelled of roses and oranges. Although the house was more than a century old sound proofing within the house was very good. The only downside was the howling of the dogs at night. Antalya seemed to have numeroud dogs and cats that make sleeping a little challenging on the first night. But I tuned it out on the following nights.

I would go back to Ninova anytime- excellent value for the price paid.

What a wonderful little place run by a lovely man. The rooms are all different and generally small. The hotel is on what seems like an alley, but all the streets in the old part of the city are like this.

This hotel was part of a Rick Steves tour, and was a real charmer. I believe the hotel used to be the home of a wealthy Ottoman family. The courtyard was lovely.

The place is is easy walking distance to lots of nice restaurants including some on the water.
