Firstly, thanks for everything. Because, I live excellent trip in a hotel. Huge and amazing hotel. The pool very big and really clean. Animation team was great, very active and amazing. Entertained everyone every single night with their wonderful shows. The foods really good but my favorite foods in turkish kitchen. The room service very good. The hotel have got good staffs. rooms were clean but every time after lunch the housekeeper was taking care of our room, very bad timing. Finally, it was the best relaxing time I have had.

First, the rooms had horrible beds, they were very hard, you better sleep on the floor, I couldn't sleep well my whole vacation, the rooms weren't clean til i told them to clean it better and still weren't clean enough, they barely put toilet paper. The service was below 0, the workers were very rude, the drinks were very warm and when you asked them for ice they kept rolling their eyes and kept saying words for us (tourists) in Turkish the expression like : "uff yaaaa". I complained to receptionists about the service but no one cared they didn't even speak English 2 or 3 words . The entertainment team wasn't very friendly. If you go to that hotel you might think you are in Russia. Russian people for them were Gods and they treated them like kings, they didn't even care about other nationalities that were there and they didn't know any other language except Russian and in a way they make you feel very inferior. the lobby workers are in the same category. In the Bellini Restaurant the chairs were with such low quality that my mom that weighs only 62kg, while she was sitting normally the chair broke and she fell from the chair and nobody even said "sorry". Wireless connection is chargeable, are they normal???Even the beach wasn't very clean and the workers inside the hotel were really young, like kids, immature. Honestly, take my advice: just don't go there, it will be a huge mistake".

Room Tip: Better stay at home if you choose Venezia Palace

It was our first vacation for hubby and I, and we had a great time there. Huge and spacious hotel, very clean. The enormous pool makes the hotel not look so overcrowded. Animation team was great, very active and fit. Entertained every1 every single night with their wonderful shows.
There was a large variety of food but repetitive. Rooms were clean, but every time after lunch the housekeeper was taking care of our room, very bad timing. One thing i did not like was the 2 twin beds in our room, even though we asked for a double bed. The front desk sent the housekeeper right away to attach the 2 beds together into a double, we had hard time sleeping at night, but other than that it was the best relaxing time I have had.

I've planned that vacant ion for a long time. It wasn't the first time us traveling in Turkey so we knew what to expect. Venezia Palace seems like a big hotel, 5* quality, but what we saw shocked us... Rooms was average (we liked design, but it should be cleaner than it was). Service was average - some people was welcome and helpful (like receptionists and SPA-workers, but in the restaurants service was just AWFUL). And WARNING! it was a lot of russian residents. If you want a high-quality vacation, better avoid this place.

Taking the last two night from a wonderful trip to Alanya, we decided to order a luxury hotel near Antalya airport.
We got a great offer from Venize Palace Hotel, actually so good that we invited a good Turkish friend (who is working in tourist buisiness) to allso come with us so we bought allso 2 night for him.
When we came to the hotel we found out that they have a big wonderful lobby and we checked in,
our welcome was; there is a Turkish man with you, this price is not for Turkish people ! ! !
WHAT, a strangest welcome i have ewer heard. We had allready payed thru a trawel agency and i told the lobby this was not my problem, i allso insisted repay because this is not the welcome i want to see.
The season just started for the hotel so it was allmost empty but i understand why this hotel is allmost empty.
This case was settled and we were allowed to have our Turkish friend with us (of course in his own room that we had allready payed for)
Well, to the acommodation.
The rooms are good, clean and nice.
The food is good but allmost no chance to be happy because the buffe is all around and you need many days to learn where things are, you have to go in circule to get each part of the meal, in the breakfast buffe there is no bacon or ham probably of religion reason but if they dont want Turkish tourists then this is no problem.
The garden is huge and there is quite a way to the beach but that should not be a problem. Allthough the a. la carte restaurants were not opened yet (at least 5 of them) it seems that this might be a paradice for kids. We complained because the music at the pool the first day and the next day it was SUPER that means the staff wants to do well.
After the bad experience of rude and bad lobby people most ewerything tastes badly but it is worth thinking about what is the meaning to have diffrent prices for each tourist groups, most expensive for Turkish tourists, then for Europian tourists and less expensive for Russians, why.
Television on rooms, awful, mostly Turkish (good but i can not understand) Russian and East Europian (i can not either understand)
So all in one stay away until EWERYBODY gets the same price and servise.
But I will newer be back.
But,
