I have just returned from the Delphin palace with my Wife, This resort really does deserve a 5* rating. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, the food was out of this world we didn't try any of the A'La'Carte resteraunts as the main buffet was superb with out door show cooking, everything from Steaks/Chicken to omlettes and fish. My glass was never empty as soon as you finished your drink the staff were their to top it up. In previous reviews about catering mainly for Russians? I did not sense this, The staff are equally polite to Russians/English, Almost all of the staff speak multiple languages and they have this on their ID badge, The staff have the countries flag on their badge of the languages they speak. If you are thinking about booking to go to the Delphin Palace,DO IT!! you will not be diapointed.

We have just returned from a one week stay. This hotel was recommended to us by friends and we were very impressed. The facilities are excellent, staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The presentation and choice of food was second to none.
It was my birthday whilst we were there and on return from sunbathing, we found a fruit platter and a bottle of wine in the room, together with a towel display in the shape of a swan on the bed, this was a very nice touch.
We will definitely go back!

We were one of those familes originally booked in with the Delphin Diva. On the websites (Thomas Cook etc) you would think the Diva was awesome and the palace was jaded. This completely the opposite though - The Delphin Palace for us was the better of the two hotels - we know this as we got wristbands to visit the Diva and checked it out ourselves! The palace has more outdoor beds, more space, and is more relaxing than the more bustling Diva. I would say both hotels have great staff, and outstanding food. The best bit is the booze - We were once in Kusadasi and couldnt get drunk the whole week because the alcohol was so watered down - here though, its easy to get 'accidentally' drunk by 3pm :o)
Check out the moonlight bar - great for drinking champagne and then diving into the sea.....
The Rooms are really comfortable and even get sprayed everyeday on the small chance any mosquitos get in (im really allergic and didnt even see a mosquito on this holiday!)
Dont let the poor website pics give you any doubts - this hotel has it all.
Also - have an iced coffee - they are lush.

We have just returned from a one week stay.

This was our 5th holiday at the hotel and we continue to enjoy each visit as if it was our first. Waiting for us on returning to the room on day 2 was a bowl of fresh fruit, plate of Turkish sweets, half a bottle of wine, beach bag and T shirt.

We had a side sea view room which also overlooked the newly opened Imperial Hotel, it was very comfortable (slept as if in our own bed), cleaned daily, free mini bar refilled daily.

All of the staff were constantly doing whatever was required to make the time here special.

Food and drink in all varieties always available, including other options to the Buffet Resteraunt e.g. Chinese, Turkish, Itallian, Frech, Fish etc.

We could not falt anything and intend to return yo the hotel.

Room Tip: We would recommend that as a minimum you book a room that has a side sea view.

We just returned from a one week stay at the Delphin Palace and are really missing it! We went there last year for the first time during the same period. The whole family had such a great time we decided to do it again this year! There is something for everybody (we are 2 adults, 4 children, ages 13, 11, 7 and 4). It is very clean and well cared for. The outside areas are beautiful with mature vegetation. The food is very good. We especially enjoyed the Turkish A La Carte restaurant. When you are sitting around the lovely pool it is easy to forget that there is a beautiful beach as well. It is also worthwhile to go to the old town and harbor of Antalya for half a day. It is very picturesque. We took a look at the new hotel next door, the Delphin Imperial. It is fabulous, and we would consider going there next year if we can get a good rate. Otherwise we would absolutely return to the Palace for the third time. (This is the first time we have gone back to a hotel because we liked it so much).

Just returned back from palace, had a really good time.We requested a cot for our baby uppon reservation. When we got to our room there was a worn out damaged cot, top rail broken, both sides ripped.Had to go to reception and ask for another. The second was ok.The staff does not like english travellers, they were chatting to germans during breakfast and dinner time, sometimes i had to get up and get my own coffe or orange juice because they were too busy talking to germans, and russians. The room was a bit worn out, considering we went to a 5* hotel. The public area is nice and kept tidy. The pools are clean. The food is exellent and plenty of choise for everybody. The reception staff , (compleatelly idiots,) asked for our passport uppon arrival to make a photocopy when we checked in.That is ok.The same night at 21.30 they rang us and wake my 1 year old doughter up because they forget to make a copy of my doughters passport.I was very upset, they should call us in the morning. No professionalism.

We should have been at the Diva, but were informed 2 days before departure that we had been moved to the Palace!! as had lots of other people, some not knowing until they arrived at the hotel!!!!!!!!! They did give us 2 wristbands, so we had free run of both hotels, which was great!!
For us the Palace turned out to be the better option, with a baby and an 8 year old, we never once struggled to get 8 beds together plus a pavillion near the kiddies pool, even mid afternoon, no problems!!!!
The hotel has everything you could possibly want ,a constant supply of food, all very good! drinks everywhere ,including bottles of Brandy and Vodka left in coolers near the beach!! fantastic pool area , great pool in the shade for the kiddies , all the pavillions are free, loads of beds and shade on the beach, the moonlight bar is a lovey place for a drink out on the pontoon!!
All the areas are clean and well kept, the Joia bar had music and dancing some nights, the foyer is light and airy. The rooms are clean and quite big could have done with a little more drawer space, but we managed okay!!
We all loved the hotel, it is well run and managed, the food was amazing with so much choice, it was easy to miss things, there was so much. Our grandaughter loved the strawberries and the chocolate fountain!!!! We would return with no hesitation.

Room Tip: Side sea view rooms ,to avoid the noise from the road
