Just got back from this great hotel. Don't want to go over everything as most people have covered all the important details. I would just like to say that this place is fab, the all inclusive is just brilliant. Drinks 24 hours, food 24 hours, fairground for kids with popcorn, candy floss a/i and lots more. Lovely food, good drinks etc. Very clean. Staff are very friendly especially our little mate johnny, they were all great, can't remember all their names. They are all a credit to the hotel and deserve a pat on the back for all their hard work. Met some lovely people from different nationalities and lots of English . Well done saturn palace. Try it, you won't be dissapointed.

Just arrived back from 11 night stay at Saturn Palace and have to say it was an excellent holiday.
Friendly greeting on arrival and were quickly in our rooms. The standard room booked was probably ok for a couple but a family of 4 it was far too small. Having said this we decided if this was the only negative then not a problem, after all, all we did was wash and sleep there the rest of the time we were at the pool or eating somewhere on the complex. You will not go short for food or drink which I think is of an excellent standard. Maybe a cocktail bar / menu where they can mix properly would be an advantage.
On the whole the staff were extremely hard working and friendly . Special note to Erdal and Somer who smile 24/7 and Helgar who took time to talk each day . Animation team could do a bit better but decent nonetheless. Ozay and his guest relation team went round the whole hotel each day checking if the stay was up to expectations. 14.00 was just brilliant when the Iced Towels were delivered each day every day to give some relief from the hot weather. Many guests I found incredibly rude when pushing in and younger guests hogging the rides at the fairground, no fault of the hotel though. The guy who compared each evening we found very insulting and a couple of times bordering on racism with Ethiopian and Chinese acts, several guets found it uncomfortable watching him . Mate, the hotel does not need you to make it tick so wind your neck in a bit. Do your job and let them do theirs. On the whole the hotel I think is working as hard as it can to compete with the other Lara Beach hotels, which we have stayed at. We were not put off and for the money we will almost certainly go back to Saturn Palace

Saturn palace was by far the best place for customer service I have ever been to, the air conditioning was great and the entertainment was fabulous! There was food being served almost 24/7 and the cabanas on the pier were great! I recommend it!

Having stayed at the Sherwood Breezes on Lara Beach in 2013 on our first trip to Turkey, the Saturn Palace had a lot to live up to.....and it exceeded our expectations !
Saturn Palace is probably one of the smallest hotels on Lara Beach (and there are some big ones), but this is actually a good thing. I have never been to a hotel where so much emphasis and effort is put into customer satisfaction. They have three customer relations representatives (Ozay, Sinez and Dilara) who I saw every day (and i mean every day over 2 weeks) either around the pool or in one of the restaurants. They take the time to speak to everyone and ensure they are having a good time. They will try to resolve any issues as best they can.
The resort itself is laid out with the main hotel and main pool (complete with bar and snack bar) set back away from the beach.
At this pool there are waiters on roller skates who bring drinks and snacks all day long and were excellent. A short walk (~1min) through a shaded pathway gets you to the slide pools (there are kids and adult slides and they are great) and another snackbar. A bit further gets you to yet another snackbar and the beach and finally the private pier with another bar right at the end. The beach is cleaned every night and is spotless with loads of sunbeds and shades. The sea is like getting into a warm bath and is fantastic.
The food is excellent with seats inside and outside the main restaurant with a large variety of food and they have theme nights every night of the week (e.g. mexican, italian, turkish, international) and every saturday there is either a gala night or a special theme night. The hotel has 4 a la carte restaurants (steak, italian, turkish/ottoman and fish). We were fortunate enough to try all of them and they were all superb.
Around the complex at different times of the day there are other snacks available (e.g. flatbread, roast chicken, fajitas, doughnuts, pancakes).
The room we had was a sea view family room (4033) which was spacious enough for 2 adults and our 14 and 11 year olds. The rooms are cleaned every day, the beds are comfy and the room also includes a free mini bar which is restocked every day with beer, coke, fanta, sprite, juice cartons, iced tea and water. The soft drinks are 1ltr bottles, not the tiny cans you get in some hotels. When we arrived our room was not ready so they upgraded us to a jacuzzi room for the first night - very nice. There is also freeh wifi throughout the hotel including the rooms - very handy.
The hotel has its own funfair on site which includes dodgems, a galleon, a ferris wheel and kiddie rides - all free of charge.
There is entertainment on most nights with some of the shows being very professional.
The last thing to mention is the hotel staff. These people are extremely hard working friendly people, who are a credit to the hotel.
This has probably been our best beach holiday to date and I would not hesitate to come back to his hotel.
