We went as a family of 4 and family of 3. The children were, my son 18, daughter 14 and neice 15.
All 3 of the children said it was the best holiday that they had been on.
It was certainly the hotel with the best facilities that we had been to.

The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices each night and we never needed to queue. If I had to be critical, the desserts were not my favourite but I rarely have them anyway. There was eating points at a number of places in the hotel and grounds including mobile chefs.
The staff and animation team were fantastic and we were always greeted with a smile and they were always helpful. The manager Kadir was seen every day checking that everything was ok and tried to explain and rectify and questions or suggestions that anyone had. He was friendly and spoke to us most days.
The brakdown is approximately:
45% German, 45% Dutch and Belgian, 5% British and 5% Other. We spoke to people from all of these countries and found them friendly in general. At first the nightclub was empty but our children mixed with all of these during the day and took over the small nightclub with them and this group went every night after.
The weather was extremely hot on some days and the coolest place was on the beach for us or in the pool for the children. They enjoyed the slides. On a few days, when there was not much wind, it was very hot and I stayed in the shade for most of the day.
Also on those hot nights it was difficult to get cool anywhere although the bedrooms were really cool and the aircon was excellent.
Some of the shows were excellent and a lot of the day was set aside for staff to set it up in terms of covers on tables, chairs, in the pool etc. The dancers and fireworks were especially good.
I joined in with volleyball each day and met lots of people from the other countries and had a good banter with each other.
The massage I had cost 40 euros along with my brother in law as a joint price and was fantastic. All others who went all raved about it also.
I have always gone on holiday without returning to the same hotel but I would certainly recommend it to others.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Nice hotel but I wouldn’t say it’s a 5 Star hotel. Food was good, drinks were great but the service could be better. When we arrived our rooms were not available, eventually got one room for the duration of our stay and another room just for one night and had to move to another room the next day. After meeting few people during our holiday we found out that it happens a lot there. Also there are no bottles of shampoo etc in standard rooms (only suites) which is strange for a 5star hotel. You do get a liquid soap attached to the wall in the bathroom and a shampoo in the shower. Air-condition was not working at certain times but it was not such a big problem though. Animation team was great. Our housekeeper was really nice didn’t speak a word of English though.
The beach was not very clean, I used to go to Turkey a lot and never seen a hotel with such a dirty sand, never seen anyone cleaning it.
In spite of some issues we enjoyed our holiday.

Just returned from Saturn Palace 2 days ago. All i can say is who ever wrote those bad reviews must of been at some other hotel lol!! Travelled with my fiance and 9 yr old son. When we arrived at 4 am they opened the retuarant for us to have a meal, then we were shown to our room which was just for one night until our room wa ready the next day. We got the top floor jacuzzi suite which was amazing with a jacuzzi on the huge terrace wow!! We payed the extra 100 euros to keep it for the rest of hols, well worth it. Lovley comf beds and proper double bed for us. The hotel was very clean, as were the rooms, the maids made you swans and left flowers on ur bed every day. There were so many staff and all so keen to serve you and all very nice. The effort and time the hotel went to-gala dinner night were all the tables were decorated and a huge amazing fire works display at the end of the night. our all inclusive food and drinks were also on the beach and the waiters came round the pool with a trolley to serve you drinks. The food was really nice with bbqs every night. The pools were fab as were the water slides which were on for 3 hours twice a day=more than enough and the life guard was so much fun!!! Also indoor pool and spa in case you get to hot!! I could go on and on about this hotel...... It was our first hol in Turkey and i dont think we will be going back to spain!!! We even spoke to the manager about having our wedding there next year......

DONT LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS-COULDNT ASK FOR MORE XX

My family & a freind stopped here for 9 days having booked everything ourselves - after reading some of the views i was a little conerned.......i was worrying about nothing, we had a fantastic time there, the only issue we did have was related to our rooms but, the hotel did sort this out eventually giving us up graded adjoining rooms with partial sea view - fantastic. The food was excellent, the service spot on and eat drink as you'd expect with all inclusive. The activities laid on for the children & adults alike were good for those wishing to take part. The slides were good, i lost count of how many times my eldest went on & they now provide rubber rings - however avoid the black one! The manager & guest relations staff went out of their way to gain guest comments - laying on ice cream at 11.00am instead of 1.00pm as a result. The gala night was superb, good entertainment with a fabulous fireworks display towards the end. There were some things i would like to improve - but overall - all five in our party thoughrouly enjoyed our break here - thanks to all the staff for making it a fab holiday.
