The hotel & room was beautiful, very bright and airy with a view to die for. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The restaurant was in a fabulous setting but had no atmosphere and the food was outstanding if they had what you wanted (no veal, no beef, no oysters, no salmon) The dessert which I expected to be fantastic after reading previous reviews was very disappointing. The staff are very attentive and if you are a regular visitor they treat you like a long lost friend, I found it to be superficial and false. The pool area was nice but the loungers need replacing some were dirty and ripped. As a female DONT have a massage with the male masseur it is not a relaxing, it is very intimidating, intrusive & bordering on abusive. Kalkan itself is a beautiful place it reminded me of a Turkish Postitano, lots of narrow streets with restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The people are so friendly, not pushy and there are so many restaurants serving outstanding food with great service at a good price. A bus trip to Kas is worth a visit, it's slightly bigger than Kalkan. If you like history then another bus trip to Xanthos is also worth a visit. Overall it's a great place and I would visit again.

We stayed at the Likya for two weeks recently and always feel at ease as soon as we arrive. It's just great to meet up with so many other returning guests that we have come to know and like over the last eight years, but also to meet lovely new guests who I'm sure we will see again.
Sevvy , Muhammet and all his team run the place so well between them, the bar has come alive again with lovely staff too many to name but hope you're all there next year along with Ramazan in reception now who's always smiling and willing to help .
The food on the terrace in the evenings is excellent with the fantastic view to match and should be far higher up the trip advisor review chart !
Thank you all very much, see you next year.

Fabulous hotel, staff very friendly, room beautiful location perfect for getting in and out of town. Views stunning. Lovely bar, breakfast is out doors overlooking the sea. Kalkan has many fabulous restaurants including Doy Doy and Korsan but totally spoilt for choice. Boat trip is a must, although food basic it's a great day out.

Returning again from our favourite hotel in Kalkan. We often wonder why we find it just so perfect for us with the amazing wow factor views, spacious rooms, balcony, fantasic food but feel is the staff who instantly make us feel relaxed and at home. Not quite sure how they do it but everyone has a smile, genuine feeling of wanting to make our holiday the best and everyone is just so lovely and always up for a bit of fun too! Dinner here is the best in Kalkan, warm breeze amazing views stunning food and again just so relaxing. We will be back!.

Beautiful Adult only hotel that lives up to its image. The staff are wonderful, attentive without bring intrusive. The lobster dinner a highlight of the week dining in the best restaurant in Kalkan. Ham am massage had us floating out of the room landing comfortably by one of the three pools soaking up cucumber cocktails ! Difficult to find fault unless your that way inclined. Almost forgot thr night time view is beautiful.

Room Tip: All rooms have a great view out to the bay
