We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa, with breathtaking views and relaxing infinity pool. The villa is spacious and very well equipped, our instructions and information before we arrived about the villa were great and there is a very informative book available in the villa with information on restaurants, shopping and excursions to take. Highly recommend staying here, we hope to back very soon.

We had a wonderful week at this villa , everything was top quality and we were so sad to leave. Glorious views of the bay and a roof terrace where you can enjoy the sundowners.
Lots of restaurants nearby and plenty to do in KalKan. An infinity pool that is quite magical and plenty of sun loungers around the property.

I am not usually one for writing reviews, however having stayed at the Kalkan Retreat I had to make an exception as this is an exceptional villa.

The villa is absolute faultless - comfortable, high spec, great facilities, spacious and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could ever need! The maintenance team/cleaners who come each day are non intrusive and incredibly polite. The owner of the villa is knowledgeable of the area and there is a book which she has written all of her favourite restaurants in which did not disappoint!

The location is perfect and only a short walk to the town centre and the views from all over the villa across the sea....wow! The roof terrace has sun loungers for sunbathing during the day and a large seating area for some star gazing at night!

I really wish I could give this review 6 stars as it really is something special.

The villa is every bit as beautiful in the flesh as it is in the photographs. Attention to detail is a strong point here - plenty of glasses/cutlery/plates etc for 8 people. Good wifi connection throughout, tv etc. safes also provided. High quality fittings throughout make for a luxury holiday feel, plus the daily maid service. But for me one of the best things is the fantastic view, I managed to read only a few pages of my book the entire week, due to simply sitting relaxing and staring at the beautiful blue sea. The town itself is so charming, the people are delightfully friendly, every restaurant we visited (Doy Doy, Fish Terrace, Aubergine) had a different vista so I could not decide which one was a favourite. Local food and wine also very good. And the weather was fantastic - hot and sunny the whole week, with lovely warm evenings - who could ask for more? Am working on my husband to return!

A wonderful villa in a perfect location. We couldn't have asked for any more. The villa is well equipped and the rooms are beautifully furnished. The added luxury of the Korsan staff going in makes it a really relaxing holiday. The roof top terrace is a perfect place for a drink at the end of a day by the
pool before walking into the pretty cobbled town. The people of Kalkan are so welcoming and friendly. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Had a lovely time in this beautiful villa in an ideal location.The villa was as described on the Internet and was beautiful. Kalkan was a lovely village with very welcoming locals.We would thoroughly recommend going and will hopefully return ourselves soon.
