We have just returned from our 3rd holiday at the Dionysia, our second home. We love it here, Ahmet and Kate will do everything possible to ensure that you have a perfect holiday as will the staff and nothing is too much trouble. We have made many friends here that return at the same time each year, Guests return year after year . The hotel rooms are immaculate as is the pool area bar and restaurant . The barbeque was great the food was amazing as was the entertainment! This year we stayed in one of the apartments which was great , Beautiful views.. our apartment was cleaned each day towels changed every day. though in apartment this made no difference to the wonderful way we were cared for. We are always reluctant to leave this beautiful little haven that we have found. Such a special place in Kalkan with special people.
Thankyou Ahmet Kate and all the wonderful staff we miss you already cant wait to see you next year lots love xxxxxx

As ep, stayed for a week at the beginning of may and found it fantastic. Great staff,
Pool etc. Rooms small but clean and just fine. Breakfast is very nice traditional Turkish fayre. Location is great didn't need a taxi this year once! The owners are very friendly and I would happily return to the Dionysia hotel when I next visit kalkan. Although I probably wouldn't pay the extra for a sea view as I think they probably get better the higher up you go. our view wasn't bad but not as panoramic
as some I have stayed in.

What the previous reviewer must not have seen that I did, was after the orange juice they complained about paying for was ordered, one of the hotel workers jumped on a scooter and disappeared up the road returning with a bag of fresh oranges to be squeezed for said juice. Some would say great service above and beyond expectations others would complain it wasn't free.

Great little hotel thank you.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms maybe not worth paying extra for although they may get better higher up.

Had a lovely week at the Dionysia, the hotel is very clean and staff are very pleasant, pool area is particularly nice and the street is one of the prettiest in Kalkan and ideally placed just round the corner from the harbour, old town and all those lovely restaurants. My only gripe is that I was charged at the end of my stay for having orange juice with my breakfast, I hadn't been made aware that I would have to pay extra for having something other than tea or coffee and I felt it was a bit mean. Saying that, I had a great time and would return again.

Just returned home from a relaxing week stay at Dionysia. Hotel is spotless and a credit to Ahmet & Kate and all the staff. Breakfast is tasty and you must try the boiled eggs as they as so fresh a great way to start the day, before either relaxing at the immaculate pool or negotiating the many hills of Kalkan and taking in the fabulous scenery and then stopping for refreshments at one of the many great bars and restaurants. Someone told us nobody visits Kalkan once and as this is our second trip they were obviously right! Would 100% stay at the Dionysia again and hope to visit again in the not too distant future. Thanks again to Ahmet & Kate and all the staff Xx

We have visited Kalkan 4 times now and we finally feel like we got our accommodation right this time!

Located really close to town, but on a quiet street, Villa Diana has the best of both worlds!

Previously we've stayed about 15-20 minutes walk out of town, which doesn't seem a lot until you encounter the Kalkan hills!

Villa Diana, however is just a few minutes walk to the harbour and really close to local amenities which made all the difference to our stay!

The villa itself is spotlessly clean, with a modern feel and tasteful Turkish adornments.

The space inside the villa was a real surprise with a huge lounge that is always cool, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and the added bonus of a breathtaking roof terrace. This place really has it all!

Both bedrooms additionally have balconies and the whole place seems light and airy making the most of those incredible sea views!

You even get your own outside eating area and a sunbathing platform near the pool, which is shared with the adjacent hotel. The pool was the nicest we've had in Kalkan mainly because it was the warmest. The pool seems to always be in sun, so it's a great area for sunbathing and cooling off!

Kate the owner is from the UK and she really understands British needs. On her detailed itinerary it said we'd receive a welcome hamper. This doesn't do it justice! We had everything we could possibly need to kick start our stay including, milk, fresh bread, eggs, olives, cheese, cereal as well as fresh fruit and vegetables and more! This was a lovely surprise as we were set for the following morning and didn't need to buy anything for breakfast.

Kate also sorted our airport transfers out for us, which made the entire experience completely hassle free!

Thanks for a lovely stay Kate. We'll definitely be coming back!
