Very big and clean rooms, Very helpful staff. Very nice location but you must have a car to move to Kas city center. The breakfast is good but according my opinion it could be improved.

You will like this hotel if you like small hotels. By the way the place is now called Lycia Boutique Hotel.
We had a very spacios suite with a small terrace and a view of the mediterranean and the island of Meis (greece).

Not a noise, nice little restaurant with good simple food.

The hotel is built on a very steep hill made out of rocks so there is no beach, on the other hand they have built an access to the sea that is absolutely superb. On top of the rocks there is a small terrace where you can either sunbathe or sleep in the shade. I'll put a picture as it is hard to describe.

Very friendly staff too!

The only thing I would change in this hotel is the pool as it is a seawater pool and I don't like it. That is however a very personal ad subjective opinion.

We booked for four nights, and the location and service were so superb that we extended to nine. The hotel is located on a peninsula about five km from Kas. The hotel and its rooms have fabulous 'full frontal' views of the Mediterranean and nearby Greek and Turkish islands.

We had an apartments with open plan living room/kitchen, separate bedroom and a large balcony to enjoy the fabulous views. There are many good restaurants in Kas and a great breakfast at the hotel so we did not use the kitchen much, but the sink and sideboard were useful.

The staff were very friendly, and despite limited English language, effective communication was maintained. Breakfast was standard Turkish, but fresh orange juice, expresso coffee and egg dishes were available on request. It was served on a terrace with spectacular views.

As with many Turkish hotels, there was no plug in the sink. Taker one with you if you need it for shaving or laundry.

Rates are at the low end of mid range, and provide excellent value for money.
