The Bahce is a nice courtyard garden restaurant opposite the King's Tomb monument at the top of the sloped cobbled street in the centre of Kas. Look for the white walled entrance as it is not to be confused with the Bahce Balik Restaurant on the other side of the Kings Tomb, which is nowhere near as good.
The fish wrapped in paper (TL24) gets good reviews below and perhaps I should have gone for this as the mains we had were good, but not exceptional. I get the feeling that this restaurant has been a bit of a victim of its own previous popularity as it is busy and took us a couple of goes to get a table here. And a consequence of being popular was that the service levels were not as good as they should have been, and they had run out of nearly every traditional desert and were only serving Turkish coffees.
So our summary on leaving was that this is a good restaurant in Kas, but on our experience , not currently a great one.
