We ate at the Manzara restaurant twice during our stay at the Hotel Cachet. We enjoyed lovely food complimented by the fantastic views from the peninsula. In particular the selection of starters was excellent - try the aubergine! It is worth pointing out that the wine list was very well priced compared with many hotel restaurants which seem to charge higher prices than places in the town. A lovely place for a change of scenery if staying elsewhere - just be aware of the steep slope, not suitable for anyone with mobility problems unless arriving by car.
