“Blissful relaxation”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2014

This is perfect for couples/ newlyweds who want total relaxation. The hotel and views are perfect and you cannot fault. The staff are brilliant in particular salmone :-) would highly recommend.
The only slight negative would be that the shops and restaurants aren't in walking distance

We have just returned for an awesome stay at this uniquely beautiful hotel. Not one for reviewing on the whole I feel honour bound to do so on the sheer brilliance of our stay.

The rooms are beautiful, with a minimalist feel but unique touches of onyx walls in the bathroom, vast beds, incredible sea views and lovely plunge pools/pools and sun loungers on your own terrace. We stayed in ruby (a suite which was upgraded for free from the delux room we booked as it was my husbands birthday) we had a good sized pool surrounded by shrubs and flowers plus an outside couch in addition to the sun loungers.

The sun deck by the crystal clear sea features beds (outdoor doubles and singles) with canopies that can be drawn across. The cabanas, of which there are two, are £75 for the day but for that you get a lot and as a treat for a day I highly recommend. You can get into the sea from the deck. The pool is lovely with further beds.

The food is fabulous with some amazing presentation (some dishes on glass suspended above a board of shells and pebbles) but it is also incredible cheap for a 5 star hotel selling food of this calibre (fillet steak is only £16 and is great). The prices go all round, a beer from the mini bar is £3.50 and a great lunch only £7.

The location is beautiful but a free shuttle service runs three times a day into Kas which is quaint and full of lovely restaurants and bars (try the hide away cafe for a drink in a stunning hidden court yard) and the last return is 10.30 but a cab later is only£7. So you are not cut off from the buzz of this lively but pretty town.

The most important thing about this hotel however is definitely the staff. Everyone could not be nicer, friendlier or more willing to help you have fun. Salman in the restaurant is a particular highlight but all the bar and waiting staff are great without being bland, they are fun to be around (not usually my thing but they are infectious everyone joins in). Reception are wonderful and a special thanks goes to Natalia who as well as being helpful always managed to track down my husbands phone that he lost 24 hours earlier in a restaurant in Kas. Within 20 mins (despite us it knowing the name of the bar) tracked it down and had it back to us free of charge an hour later!

Simply a lovely place to holiday.

My partner and I have just returned from 5 days at the Peninsula Gardens - what an amazing place. I travel a lot with work and stay in some fantastic hotels , however the attention to detail here even rivaled the HK Ritz Carlton. We stayed in the Platinum Suite which was Heaven - amazing views and a beautiful plunge pool . We could have not asked for nicer or more accomodating staff - we were quite a demanding couple :-) but nothing was a problem and the staff went out of our way to ensure we were content and happy - THANK YOU. Food was delicious and I am a convert to Kas. Will return again and again.

We wanted somewhere where we could just have a week off and in the sun. This was the perfect choice. The hotel was gorgeous, lovely setting, beautiful rooms, we were in Topaz which had its own plunge pool! The setting was stunning over looking the clear blue Agean sea. The staff were wonderful and all need a mention, especially Salman, Orhan and the amazing Marie in the spa who massaged all the knots out of my shoulders then followed by a wonderful hammam, more bliss! The food was fabulous and the presentation was quite unique! My husband and I would defiantly go back. A truly special week. Thank you Peninsula Gardens!

Room Tip: First floor for the views.

I wanted somewhere special for a special birthday and found it. We are currently staying at the Peninsula Gardens. Our room is beautiful (a junior suite the Silver Room). We cannot fault it. A huge terrace with its own pool, loungers, umbrella, shady seating area and lush planting with a great sea view. The room itself is large with an enormous comfortable bed. The level of service is second to none. With only 18 rooms staff know you by name and are keen to make your stay memorable. The quality of food is exceptional. Central areas, pool area, sea bathing platform all well maintained. My spa experience of massage and Turkish bath in their own stylish Hamman was great. The hotel is a good hour's walk out of Kas but a free minibus three times a day is all you need. If you want a beach holiday in the centre of things then this is not for you. If you want quality, relaxation and a quaint but busy town close by then give the Peninsula Gardens a try. We used Secret Escapes and got a good discount on the hotel website prices. Everything went well including luxury minibus transfer for maximum of 6 people. So much more civilised than being on a big coach dropping off at loads of hotels.

Room Tip: Pay for the best you can afford especially if you can get a plunge pool or small pool but they all h...

We chose this hotel at the recommendation of Blue Cruise holidays and it was part of a two week package, the first week being on a gulet sailing out of Gocek. Fantastic week full of wonderful scenery, fun and great food and company.

Our second week was here at the hotel in which we celebrated our silver anniversary so it was chosen for that special occasion. From the outset I knew we had made the right choice as we were warmly greeted then shown to our Silver suite which was scattered with rose petals and local flowers. The bed, the floor and surfaces were covered in a carefully prepared blanket of flowers including a heart on the floor. The smell was as amazing as the visual impact. You can only imagine how thrilled we both were to be welcomed in this way. So our week progressed with every day offering new delights. The staff were outstanding as was the food. Melek runs the hotel and she spent a lot of time explaining the hotel, local attractions and places to eat out. In the restaurant and bar we were graciously served by Salman (very funny), Orhan (charming), Osman (quiet) and Onur (learning the ropes) plus others whose names we didn't take. They made sure we were constantly looked after and happy with every aspect of their service. We couldn't have felt more at home or welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food all week was to die for, with presentation and quality that made us drool in anticipation

We also used the spa to have an aromatherapy treatment. This took over two hours and at £75 each was a fantastic experience. So much so that I fell asleep during the massage! Highly recommend this service.

Summary. This hotel is the most special place we have ever visited and we now hope to bring our family over next year, perhaps to one of their gorgeous villas. You won't be disappointed, ENJOY.

Room Tip: We stayed in the SILVER suite which is a ground floor room with a large plunge pool overlooking the...

We wanted a very relaxing holiday in a lovely hotel which is exactly what we got here! A silver wedding anniversary celebration was our reason for wanting something special and this hotel ticks all the boxes. Lovely area, fantastic staff and just an overall brilliant experience. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to go back there ourselves sometime!

Room Tip: If you are fit and mobile go for rooms in the back block.

This is one of the most luxurious new hotels we have found on the Lycian coast.
