We were absolutely blown away by this hotel in Kas. The hotel has beautiful white rooms overlooking the beautiful Kas bay, the hotel itself reminds me of a tasteful Tuscan villa on a steep slope with all the amenities you need while on holiday. The staff especially the owner of the hotel, Mr Capa and his general manager Guzen, work tirelessly to keep you happy. The restaurant food was amazing to say the least and it was a pleasure that we did not have to go into Kas town every evening for dinner and that we could just stay in this lovely hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anybody wanting a romantic trip away or even a family getaway. We truly felt sad to say goodbye to our new friends at this hotel and will most certainly recommend this hotel to all our friends in South Africa and we will be going back.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. If you want luxury and cleanliness, a beautiful view and amazing pools- this is fab. Totally different from Linda Beach Hotel in town, but also a completely different vibe to it.

We felt like a lot of the guests were a little snotty to be honest. Nobody smiled and even seemed rude at times to the staff. It seemed to be the place where rich Turkish/Mediterranean couples and families go to get a sun tan.

The staff, however were absolutely fantastic. I apologise for not remembering his name but the young barman and also restaurant waiter was just amazing. Best service we have ever received. Always smiling, always running around helping everyone. We really appreciated his efforts and hope he got our feedback from Mr Capa who we thanked before we left.

The only thing that let it down to 4.5 was dinner. We were really looking forward to some local fish and a kebab but when they came out- the kebab my partner had was something we could make at home with whatever bits were left in the cupboard and my fish was charred through to the bone. I was shocked they even served it!! They were more than apologetic and took it back. I then had to sit there for another 20 minutes while my partner ate his food and they went to make me the salmon fillet, I selected. They returned with a raw, smoked salmon salad which had about 2 centimetres of vinegar at the bottom. I just sort of laughed it off and ate what I could to be polite. The poor waiter had enough to do -and I was starving!

Apart from that, which I will put down as an unfortunate mistake, it was really lovely and if you are keen to relax and have a decent amount of cash to spend then this is great.

I will also remember it as on the first night we stayed on the peninsula, we took a taxi to the amphitheatre where my partner proposed, and I said yes! It made our holiday very special indeed and we will definitely be returning to Kas, but probably somewhere in the town as it was more our scene. Authentic, lively and full of character.

Have a great holiday

We stoped in this hotel just for 2 nights, hotel is very nice with great view, very delicious kitchen, great breacfast, incrediable sea with too many different fishes, you feel yourself like swimming in akvarium... very nice 2 swimming pools, wich one clean... just one minus wich we noticed- it s very small rooms and very small bathroom... not new aircondition, but working good... Even with this mini rooms we wish come to capa hotel again and this time minimum for 1 week)

Kas is amazing overall, a fantastic natural beauty. So you are definetly going to have a good time regardless of the hotel you choose. However if you want to have a great time the hotel matters, the small differences make the shift from good to great.

I have been to a few hotels in Kas and know the region well. There are many hotels in the peninsula but there are only two hotels, next to each other, which are in the small bay of the peninsula; this nice small bay blocks the waves which can very well ruin the sea experience. So you may just disregard the other hotels which don't have a bay if you want to have a better experience. I have been to both of the two hotels at the bay: quality, service, cleanliness and obviously beach/nature wise they are both great & same. However the other hotel is around 50% more expensive. Why? It's a mystery...

So these make Club Capa the best hotel to stay in Kas. Moreover Mehmet Capa, the owner of Club Capa, is always there and has always been welcoming and interested in our requests/comments. You might just as well talk to him directly about anything and everything.

I have been here with my family few years ago and with my girlfriend last year; might very well go again sometime soon. There is only one difference between heaven and this place: at this place you pay some money to stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a seaview room (higher floors).
