I was at the Diva Kas for over two weeks in late August and early September.
The food was outstanding at every meal. The staff were very friendly and cheerful and made each meal a delight. The quality & quantity of each meal was exemplary and the presentation of food was impressive. The seaside bar area offered a quiet place to enjoy the beautiful sea and relish the quiet while also being able to enjoy refreshments. A MUST place to both eat and stay while in this beautiful area of Turkey.

My husband and I stayed here in September and found it a wonderful place. The hotel is on a peninsular approx 6 km/10 minutes drive from the main town. There’s a bus service every half an hour from the top of the lane so getting in to Kas is not a problem, even in the evening. Our room had a beautiful sea view and was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice new bathroom. Plenty of parking if, like us, you have a hire car. The pool was quiet and most of the time we were the only people using it. The hotel’s private beach, which is on terraces, has steps leading directly into the sea. There’ a beach bar serving drinks and snacks. No problems getting a sunbed!

The restaurant was exceptional! The setting is beautiful looking out over the sea to the Greek island of Mies and the quality of the food was fantastic – definitely the best restaurant in Kas. Just make sure you have a healthy appetite!

Osman and Hayriye, the owners, were so kind and helpful – nothing was too much trouble for them. The staff were friendly and attentive and made you feel very welcome. While we were there family and friends were also staying and we were made to feel part of the family.

All in all a beautiful place and we would not hesitate to recommend it – we will be going back next year!

My wife and I stayed here recently on our honeymoon, mainly on the strength of the reviews on here. I can't say we were disappointed and would recommend it wholeheartedly. The hotel is set on the peninsula, NOT in the town centre, making it a 10-15 minute drive into town, although there is a bus leaving every 30 minutes. The main selling point, for us, was the private beach which is 2 flights of steps down from the hotel. Here you can enjoy undisturbed breathtaking views and dive into the crystal clear waters while being served from the hotel bar. Heavenly!
The only slight criticism from us might be that on occasion, there were slight problems with orders at the restaurant due to things not being communicated effectively amongst staff. However, this didn't detract from the stay since everyone was so friendly and helpful, making it a really relaxing and pleasurable place to spend our honeymoon.
On our way out,the staff came out to send us on our way by throwing some water on the back of our car - a Turkish tradition apparently.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights, and found the experience to be good overall but with some mixed feelings. First, the location is exquisite - quiet, scenic, and a jewel of a private beach. Even though the beach facilities verge on run-down (the bar is falling apart and completely unusable), we had many hours of fun jumping into the sea from the rocks and snorkeling.

The staff are responsive, but in our experience never proactive. The patio area and the pool environment are relaxing locations - with the only caveat that when we were there the owner had her extended family on-site and they included a couple of very noisy young children who had the run of the place.

If you choose to eat dinner at the hotel, the food is excellent - if a little pricey.

We spent 5 days in the Diva Residence hotel (family of 4, with small kids of 4 and 1).
The hotel, which is actually a small family business, is perfectually situated on the Kas peninsula, with great view over the bay and islands. Very calm and relaxing. Family rooms are really very good, functional, and have great views over the sea.
The hospitality from Hayriye and her small team was really fantastic, and they made everything possible to make sure our stay was memorable.
It is impossible to talk about Diva residence without mentionning the FOOD! This has to be a major highlight of the trip! Be it the breakfast on the terrasse, overlooking at the whole bay, or the dinners specially cooked by Hayriye, food is very important here.
It is clear that Hayriye's main goal and passion, is to delight and surprise her customers with unique and delicious dinners every night (she has a rotating menu of 2 weeks, to ensure even long staying guests do not eat twice the same thing. Including having 5 different mezzes every single night!! Unique as i said). When she found out i was diabetic on the first evening, and that i could not eat desserts, she immediately set to search on internet for desserts with no sugars, and she was able to prepare a different dessert every night after, which i was able to really enjoy with no bad consequences on my blood sugar!
Oh, and did i mention her delicious homemade purees with fresh vegetables for my 1 year old son?
Anyway, really an awesome place, next to the charming little town of Kas, run by awesome people, who will make your stay unforgetable!
Thank you again Hayriye and team!

Exquisite place to stay if you want beauty, quietness, excellent turkish food, & special welcome by the host who loves sharing all her huge knowledge of Turkey , .
We will recommend our friends & aquaintances who are happy when there are not too many people around, no night club in the neighbourhood, & who are willing to learn a bit of turkish with the nice & discreet local waiters who love to do their best.

I have been several times to Diva Residence. Firstly the hotel is located in one of the beautiful locations in Turkey, in Kaş. The owners and the personnel are very symphathetic and friendly. The rooms are clean and wonderfully decorated. The hotel has a private beach and that is very important for a hotel. Food is great, service is great. What can i say more?... I highly reccomend!!!
