Incredible panoramic views from all rooms. Modern, clean, excellent service. Very boutique.

Review of Hotel Aysima

• Location is good and bad. If you want beautiful views of the city and the sea, this is it. If you want a quiet location, this is it. Kas is on a mountain and so there is a lot of walking up steps and angled roads. In the heat of the summer, this is exhausting. I stayed right on the water for half of my time in Kas and I personally preferred to be by the sea.
• The pool is amazing, warm, clean and not deep. Nice comfortable beds with umbrellas.
• The staff are very friendly even though there was a language barrier because no one spoke English. It is run by a family and the manager, Ismail, was very helpful and attentive to all our needs by helping us translate and make suggestions for activities in the city.
• The room with the jacuzzi was perfect. Very clean, modern, lots of beautiful golden details in the decor. The balcony was perfectly located overlooking the pool and view of the city and sea.
• Breakfast was the best in southern Turkey that we had in our three week journey. You could tell it was made with love for the whole family and the guests. It was not just the basic boring Turkish breakfast but full of different cooked options that changed daily.
• Breakfast could be eaten inside or outside by the pool underneath umbrellas.
• During summer a lot of families come with their children so if you want a quite hotel, look for “adults only”.

SUGGESTIONS:
• I feel like the main sitting area has a lot of potential to be made more inviting. There is a bar that is used for serving breakfast but during the day and evening it is not used at all. I would have liked an option of ordering a drink or a snack in the evening instead of going into town and searching for a place to sit.
• Would be great to offer free return transport down to one of the beach bars where a guest could rent a lounger for the day and go swimming in the sea.

Hotel is new, very clean and workers are very helpful and polite. View from rooms is just amazing. I really liked the location, close to centrum but not that noisy. Rooms are quite big and room cleaning is excellent.

Room tip: Defently choose sea view:)

A fabulous small hotel run by a wonderful Turkish family, nothing is ever too much trouble, you really are so well looked after here. Breakfasts are amazing, so much choice and all fresh. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. From the poolside you have an amazing view of the town of Kas and can watch the boats coming and going from the harbor. We have stayed at Hotel Aysima several times now and would not look to stay anywhere else in Kas. Looking forward to our next trip.

Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Room tip: All the rooms at the front of the hotel have fantastic unspoilt views of the town and harbor below.

Incredible view, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, cosy sea-view room 😍

But HUGE minus is - very uncomfortable pillows big and rather hard, and bed-clothes are so rough that seams that you sleeping under tarpaulin cover :(( I slept very bad :(

Loved staying in this hotel.

The location: very close to the center but quiet enough as it is up the hill. The view from the rooms is amazing
The breakfast: Very delicious. Fresh products served every day, loads of options for cheese, pastries, fruits, olives etc. They also cook something different and very local every day.
The rooms: Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, cozy balconies
Staff: it is a family run hotel and everyone is always trying their best to make your stay special. Unfortunately not all of them speak English but be patient and there will be someone to help you.

Definitely recommended!

Have just returned from a 10 day stay at Hotel Aysima and was not able to fault it in any way. The family who run the hotel were so helpful and kind. They were rightly proud of the hotel which is only two years old, it was spotless. The breakfasts provided varied each day and were delicious.
