Had read mixed reviews and as we were going to Manavgat anyway, decided to take a look. Took around 10 minutes from Manavgat (on a Dolmus that had seen better days!). Cost was 5 LT each which isn't much BUT am not sure what they use the entrance fee for as it certainly isn't being used to maintain the site. Rubbish scattered around, a small, stagnant looking pond with an ornamental vase in it, a couple of restaurants and some small shops selling trinkets and clothing.
The falls themselves are pretty but not spectacular and once we had taken a few photos we left, having spent no more than 10 minutes there.
My advice would be to only visit if it's part of a larger excursion.
