We booked a very last-minute trip to Side (booked the day before!), there weren't a lot of hotels available save the Adora Garden so we booked it but went with very low expectations. However, the hotel itself wasn't too bad considering the low rate.
We got a fairly spacious two-room apartment, very basic but in quite good repair. The apartment had two balconies facing different directions. Housekeeping was good, front desk staff professional, however the bar/restaurant staff were overly friendly and familiar and kept pressing about joining their evening programs and seemed out of humour if you declined. The breakfast was not at all good, we tried it one day and then self-catered instead. An unexpected plus was the fitness room, not large but still useful since it was too hot for running.
The location is very poor, far from both Side centre and the beaches, a disadvantage only partly reduced by the daily shuttle bus to one of the beaches.
The clientele was mostly Scandinavian families with small children. The pool area was very small and was generally very busy and noisy with kids playing. I would not return to this hotel.
