Excellent hotel could not fault it 5 star the staff are very friendly they all work so hard very clean change towels regular could not do enough for you the weather was brilliant very few English in the hotel full of Germans. Thomas Cook could do with telling you that it is full of Germans didn't spoil our holiday went on trip to Waterfall, roman city and Aspendos very interesting the tour guide for the day was Memet he was very good and interesting. The Animation team work very hard in the day and at night. We went down to Side in the day and at night we also called in at the Trendy Side Beach Hotel and have a swim lunch and made us very welcome before we walked back along the beach. No problems with sunbeds as you have the pool, gardens and the beach to make your choice. Went up the street from the hotel no problem with Turkish if you didn't want to buy. Went down to Side market very hot at the market but no problem, You must try the Red Lion Pub English very good. Went to the Aphrodite Restaurant in Side Harbour at night have a lovely meal. In all I would recommend this hotel trips, restaurant's to any family couples don't be put off by the germans. We had a room with side view of the sea in the in the gardens just a short walk from the main hotel no problem with noise from the road,

This was our second visit to this hotel having been there in 2011. It was as good now as it was then. All the staff are very friendly. Room are cleaned and towels renewed every day. Animation is really good. The food is brilliant lots of choice . If your looking for a great hotel to go to. please try this one you will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: Ask for a top floor, sunny balcony with sea view.

Just back from two weeks at this hotel. It was excellent. The weather wasn't brill but there was nothing the hotel could do about that. Friendly, efficient staff made the stay so enjoyable. Great choice of food, everyday something bar-b-cued on charcoal plus a wide variety of hot and cold food and superb pastries. The free drinks were of better quality than experienced in other Turkish hotels too. If however you want an English only hotel you are out of luck. Eighty percent of the guests are German twenty percent, the rest of the world. Everyone addresses everyone else in German so a good place to brush on the language and of course the Germans demand good service food etc. If you stay in a Trendy hotel there a three other you can pop into for coffee food and drinks. Handy when walking along the beach to Side Harboour and you want a bit of a rest.

We have just returned from our family holiday in Side Turkey. We had a fantastic time! However it seemed all the guests were German. The kids club was all in German, tv channels were all in german, the language spoken by almost all the staff was German! Our children came home reciting the german kids club songs! The Germans were rude, impatient and had no idea of the concept of queueing. They often caused conflict over seats reserved for the nightly entertainment. They would openly argue with anyone, and weren't frightened to let their feelings known. One woman shouted at a teenage girl because she was blocking her view of the stage. Another woman refused to move out of our seat that we had as part of our party and was rude when we told her the seat was taken. It wasn't until another German spoke to her on our behalf in her language did she move. Although her husband tried to argue her case and shouted at the man defending our seat! Luckily we got our seat back and everything was fine and we all ended the night watching the entertainment and dancing alongside each other.
The rooms were spotless, staff very friendly and the food delicious. The kitchen staff were kind and the waiters topped up our drinks without having to be asked and made dining a relaxing experience. Every evening there was copious of choice, with food offered both inside and a bbq outside. The Turkish Bath offered at the hotel was twice the price of the that offered two minutes up the road. Although it was amazing and i felt a million dollars afterwards! The hotel is situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants and is also smack bang on the beach. Get a bed as early as you can. The beach has camel rides, which are expensive, and watersports.
The rooms were cleaned daily and the fridge topped up with cartons of juice and fizzy water. The rooms at the front of the hotel were subject to noise from coaches reversing and dropping off guests and the sound of the local mosque.

Defo worth forking out 15euros to go on a bus safari. We used the day trip (bought from a guy called Texas up the road from the hotel) to visit the mountains, a zoo, the waterfall, a local turkish house, green canyon, a restaurant offering donkey rides and a free lunch and the chance to swim plus a visit to a mosque. The guys running the trip were funny and kind and an all round good time.
It was my birthday whilst there and i got a bottle of wine and fruit basket delivered to my room. Which was a lovely touch.

I would most definitely go again and I would recommend. The night time entertainment was brilliant, food was lush, location ideal and the pool fantastic. If you are going there you will have a great time! But bring euros not lira! Everything is in euros!

Room Tip: Get a room at the back of the hotel is possible, they are quieter. If you have a phobia of cats this is not the place for you!
