Yes the rooms are small and a bit threadbare but the aircon works, its clean and the breakfast is typically Turkish ie damn good! The 3 course evening meal is teriffic tho the drink prices are a bit excessive, but balance the 2 and it's a good night out. The staff are wonderful. Although Side itself is now quite touristy, the Roman ruins around Perge, Aspendos and Termessos are wonderful, plus those in Side aren't half bad either. Plus the trip to Green Lake and Oymapinar Dam is worth the visit. Manavgat Falls however are a let down....they are wide but not high!

Well as many previous reviewers have mentioned you can see what the place is like on Booking.com. The rooms are small but that doesnt really matter for a place at this price within walking distance of the roman ruins and the beach and town. Air con also great benefit. The only issue we had was that the bedding and towels were not changed every three days as they should have been and they were only changed once in two weeks after we complained about it. The toilet rolls were not replaced when they ran out and I had to continually ask for new ones!

What a lovely hidden gem this is. Located in the heart of antique Side, yet in a very quiet street. The beach is 30 seconds away and mere minutes to all the shops, restaurants and harbour. Lovely tranquil gardens and a splash pool. Yes the rooms are small and basic but they can be viewed on Booking.com so you should know what to expect and you couldn't get a good B&B in England for the price! So long as you get a good night sleep and a shower what more do you need in a room? Air con included in the price (unusual for this type of place), though you pay extra for a safe at reception (1euro a day). Lovely Turkish breakfast included, they also offered a 3 course evening meal for a very good price, and all tasty home cooked food. What really made this place though was the service and helpfulness from all staff. Made to feel very welcome by Nebi and his lovely wife. Special mention too for Cheedam, Hikmet and Salim who was always joking around!. Had big hugs all round from all the staff when we reluctantly had to leave. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Side.

This was a last minute booking and there were no hitches. We arrived late and the owners were there to meet us, who are exceptionally friendly. The rooms are basic but for a great price. The location is perfect with easy access to the history of Side, the beaches and the harbour area. Highly recommend this place if you're planning on going.

As far as Side itself goes, its nothing to shout about. Lots of tourists and even more turkish people selling stuff and food relentlessly/aggressively (that does seem to be their way though).

This family-run hotel has the perfect location in old Side, just round the corner to the first beach, and in the middle of the ancient Side town ruins if you want to explore the archaeology all around you. Very central, but also a quiet road. We stayed in the apartments which have lots of space. The little gardens and pool area are so pretty and well-kept. Everyone on the staff is really helpful and pleasant. We were very glad we stayed here and not a mega package hotel.

this hotel has got 2 splendid appartments which are big, 70m and
can easily accommodate a family
this hotel is situated right in the heart of ancient Side, you
can walk to the beach in 1 minute and to the centre in 2
breakfast is good, diner is typical Turkish home made but
with little or no choice...
take care when you book a hotelroom for 2, these rooms
are small and have a useless balcony, only if you just
come to sleep in your room and relax outside...

I have been in Side for Business purpose, but hotel and the hotel staff converted the trip for me as a holiday where I really enjoyed. I have stayed 9 days, and each single day I have seen the staff's smiling face and "can do " attitude. Sea is just meters away, location is the center of the night life. But the hotel is giving an opportunity to relax your self even though being center of everything.
