This was our 3rd holiday at this hotel, but this time we took the whole family. 9 of us
5 adults and 4 boys aged 2 to 15years of age.
It was a total success. The boys enjoyed the swimming pools, and the 50ft water slides, the onsite freedom to wander safely around and the wide range of freshly prepared food, which they loved.
The bedrooms were large and clean, with the fridge replenished with water and juices.
Particular thanks go to Harun Sakayik the hotels food and beverage manager, for excellent service from him and his team.

Room Tip: All the rooms we have had are good,

We have just got back from Side after a lovely week. I must say I cant understand the poor reviews and honestly think some people just like to moan.

We booked this holiday through Easyjet holidays and only paid £320 for a week AI including transfers. The flight went without hiccups but.... the transfer top the hotel didn't. We were told to look for the "resorthoppa rep" upon arrival but after spendindg 15 mins looking at the boards being held up by reps and failing to spot resorthoppa we had to ask someone where they were. Apparently resorthoppa were also Efte Travel but our travel documents didnt mention this. Anyway, we got on the mini bus and thought everything would be ok. But oh no, the driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel and we had to ring the company to get him to come back for us!! We eventually got to our hotel and found the experience quite funny.

HOTEL
The hotel is lovely, people have said its not a 5 star but this really winds me up. I wish people would realise that the ratings in countries vary and you cannot compare a 5 star in America to Turkey or anywhere else.
The rooms were airy and light and the mini bar is stocked up with water and fruit juices.
STAFF
We found the staff to be polite and helpful. They don't speak much english so things can get lost in translation.
GUESTS
When I read the comments about the hotel being full of rude Russian and Germans it incensed me. If you want to holiday with your own nationality playing bingo etc then go somewhere like Benidorm! We were the only british guests during our stay and we wouldnt of wanted it any other way. The germans, russians, french and swedish were lovely. One thing we noticed was that the children were all well behaved and respectful. Not like some british families who let their kids run riot in a hotel without a thought for others.
FOOD
Lovely food and the outside dining area has a grill/barbecue area where every evening the chefs cook an array of meats and fish.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment was good, we had a foam party, circus acts etc.

The beach is a short walk away, just outside the hotel and across the road. There is a lake at the side of the hotel which we walked round a couple of times. The dolmus stops outside the hotel and takes you into Side and Manavgat.

All in all another great holiday.

I was there in late of june and it was really amazing experience. We were there with friends and we really enjoyed. Maybe one of the best kitchen in whole Mediterannean side. Much options and different foods every day. Especially u should eat in Turkish/Italian/Mexican a la carte restaurants. U can impressed by hotel personnel. They are really cheerful and helpful. Rooms and pool side view is also amazing. U can see both the sea and the lake side. The view is amazing when sunset in terrace. People dont know much the terrace side, u should ask to personnel. Niagara disco also the best in this area. Its free for hotel customers and its full till 3am. After I went there I realized that I had real holiday. U should visit there. I strongly recommend and will be there also next summer.

When you arrive at the reception, you are at once impressioned by the big hall with 4 glass elevators for the 6 floors and the basement. It is very beautiful to see. We stayed in the Grand Prestige from 02 till 12/08/2013 with a couple of friends and two 8-year-old children and of 14 years. We were in "all inclusive" there. The hotel is situated in the village of Titreyengöl not far from Side and from Manavgat. We made two hours of bus since the airport of Antalya because we were in the last hotel of the list. The sea and the beach are situated in +/-300 meters of the hotel and they proposed there sunbeds with mattress, drinks and various snack bars. There is a shopping street as soon as you go out of the hotel. We had a magnificent family room with a bathroom, a separeted room for the us and a sallon with divan-bed for our daughter. This room had a balcony and a big terrace with two sunbeds, a small garden furniture and flowers. The air conditioning worked very well and the minibar was every day performed (water and juice). We had also two televisions with flat screens. In the bathroom we had a bathtub with a shower, one toilets, a hairdryer and shower gels and shampoo are also planned. The main restaurant situated at the level R proposes you a copious breakfast with pancake, pain perdu, egg, omelet and all what you usually find at the breakfast in hotels. You can also have some fresh orange juice (1,50 €). For the lunch, you can eat in the snack of the swimming pool (hamburger, spaguettis, vegetables, chips, stocked potatoes) or to the main restaurant. In the afternoon at about 4:30 pm you have home-made waffles in the pool bar. You also have access all afternoon long to the buffet biscuits, cakes and fruits situated inside (not far from the reception). In the evening, you often have a buffet with theme (as Greek, Italian, Turkish) with a wide selection of meats and fishes roasted in front of you to the main restaurant. You have two free restaurants to be reserved: Italian (excellent, we went and the son of our friends who eats almost nothing, feasted !) and the Turkish. Two others, the fish and the Mexican are situated in the 7th floor on the roof of the hotel. These two restaurants are not free: it's 9 € / person. The menu of the fish restaurant is excellent, the atmosphere is nice and the view with the sunset is exceptional... My husband, who is very difficult for the level food, said to me that it was the first time which he ate as well since we went in Turkey (it is our 7th hotel). There are two big swimming pools (one with slides) and a small swimming pool for the children with games. There are sunbeds and mattresses in plenty for everybody. The animation is good: you have various activities during the day for aquagym, apéritif game, waterpolo, beachvolley, zumba. The servers are generally very nice and always have a small word in your language to be said.
We hope we can sincerely return to Grand Prestige next year...

Room Tip: In high season, if you prefer to go to sleep early, choose a room garden side because the animations...

Hotel is not reconstructed as it is mentioned in all promotional materials. Cleaning services are not strong ability of this hotel. The hotel beach is situated outiside of the hotel area and you have to go to the beach almost 400 meters by walk. The hotel beach is dirty and it is not cleaned by any responsible personel. Sunbeds and their mattresses are 10 years old and responsible personel said that there is no need to clean them because of their age. On the hotel beach you may find on daily basis parts of broken bottles, used preservatives and other garbage. The toilets and water for taking a shower on the hotel beach are opened at 08:00 AM and closed at 06:00 PM. But the problem is that people are on the hotel beach until 08:00 PM(and where is the toiled after 06:00 PM???). http://www.judrkollar.sk

Room Tip: None in this hotel.
