There is not enough space in the antetheatre and the beach, for the performances should take place immediately after the dinner, the entire decoration of the very elegant hotel, the nicely furnished and spacious rooms. Tasty and diversified food and beverages. The mini-bar filled every day. Sandy and stone-free beach very close to the hotel. Fast food snacks at the pool and on the beach. The pool bar looks like 2 stars and the entire staff of the hotel is very unfriendly, even ugly speak with hard English and only counts Russians who are 90%. Spa is ok. Sunbeds at the pool are not found after 9:00 in the morning and the gym is used more than children and there are not many appliances. In the offer promise a lot and when you find something else. Evening animation is ok. I put pictures of what I paid and what I got, many were removed from the list. Cleanness is almost non-existent. The bathroom washed one. For the staff and cleaning i give 2 star and for all 4 star.

We booked Side Premium in early February for a stay in the middle of June as prices were pretty cheap and some great deals were going. We arrived at the hotel quite late at night and were greeted by a very friendly chap who checked us in and gave us some details and a form to fill in. After all the paperwork was sorted, we had another gent take our luggage and show us our room, we booked a family room which I believe are mainly on the second floor. The room was immaculately clean and very spacious, both bedrooms huge in size and had a large wardrobe, storage space and a mini fridge with complimentary sparkling and still water, and some soft drinks too. Both rooms had a balcony which were perfect in size and the room had a good sized bathroom. The bathroom was a shower only, and had complimentary shampoos, shower gels and hair conditioners, as well as plenty of soap, cotton buds & wool and even a shower cap should you need one. Towels were lovely and fresh. In one of the rooms there is a safe which is reasonably sized and fits all necessary items in easily, and the hotel offers a laundry service (although prices are a bit on the high side!) As the hotel is All Inclusive only, all meals are included and Breakfast, Lunch and dinner services are all brilliant with lots of different foods. There are three A la carte restaurants situated in Block B, Italian, Turkish and Asian. We went to the Italian one as a celebration of our anniversary and the food was very fresh and tasted delicious! There is a spa on the lowest point of the hotel which is free of charge, and offers steam rooms, saunas and Turkish Bath, as well as an indoor swimming pool (which is very cold may I add!) and massage rooms. The pool is incredibly sized, and there is a seperate pool with slides which are great fun for all ages! There's also a kids pool. The pool bar is open from 10am-midnight and from 12:00-15:45 serves a lunch seperate to the main restaurant. Food is cooked brilliantly and includes different Turkish meats / fresh salads and all sorts. The bar staff I found were all really friendly and smiley. From 14:00-16:00 there is ice cream service and there is a Patisserie not far from the pool on an upper level, open from 14:00-18:00, serving all kinds of cakes, both big full sized and smaller bite size cakes, as well is biscuits and other pastries and hot drinks. English was not a particular problem as a large proportion of staff spoke reasonable English, so do not be put off by other reviews! I would like to personally commend NAZiRA on reception who was especially very helpful when one of the party had to go to hospital after having an argument with the hot sand on the beach and needing treatment! Naz called the hospital and got me the room number and told me where the hospital was - nearby on the local dolmus (buses). She was very patient and professional and a credit to the hotel. There was also a very funny chap who always wore a bright shiny blue tie, very friendly and helpful and even supported Brighton & Hove Albion . The location of the hotel was brilliant, the hotel has its own beach section only a five minute walk away which has its own bar and food service similar to the pool bar on site. The beach we found was very clean, and lots of sunbeds were available. The local buses (called Dolmus) have a terminus directly to the left of the hotel about less than 60 seconds away, where you can travel to nearby Kumkoy and Side itself and also buses that travel further towards Manavgat. The buses were very cheap, and to hop to Kumkoy to go to the Carrefour supermarket was only 2TL per person, cheaper than the rip off prices by the local Taksi. To side was 3TL and Manavgat 3.5TL, but worth the journey to explore. The hotel has a bar next to the lobby which is open from 10am-02:00 so never a time where you can't find a place to drink! Cleaning staff made our rooms up every single day and were lovely individuals. If you want fresh towels you should place them in the shower - this may explain some reviews where some said they were not changed regularly. All in all Side Premium is a fabulous hotel with lovely staff and a great atmosphere. I would like to thank all the staff I've mentioned and who I encountered and wish them all the very best, and wish the hotel the very best of success!

The hotel looks fine, staff culd start learning English as well, with Russian language they have no problem whatsoever. The accomodation was offered as Ultra all inclusive, and we got a cheap like barely all inclusive. The only satisfaction was the large beach area mostly for the kid. I'm not going to plan any other visit to that resort ever!

Very dissatisfied with service food and no English spoken
Economy rooms are inside the building with no opening window. No natural light and if there was a fire you would not get out
Luke warm greasy food
Russians reserving tables before restaurant opens by placing hats on tables.
Russians also get double beach towels ie 2 pax get 4 towels. Place 2 on sunbeds at pool then 2 on beach.
No English spoken by staff, the girl at the pool bar is downright rude
Can only use 1 a la Carte restaurant and the food is rubbish, Asian served watery soup,an oxo in water has more flavour! The main meal was stone cold, didn't stay for dessert
Our bed linen wasn't changed during our 10 day stay.
Mini bar wasn't restocked unless you asked repeatedly.
Had to repeatedly keeps asking for clean towels and EVEN worse, the toilet rolls weren't replaced. The only thing the room cleaners actually did was empty the bins.
When you phone reception to request items needed ,it is hard to be understood as not many of the staff speak english.
Beach bar closes at 5pm sharp even though it is supposed to be open until 5.30.
hotel looks lovely on the pictures but I wouldn't recommend or stay again.
The only good bits are the beach and the close proximity to Side. Dolmus bus is right outside hotel and cost 3tl each way
PS,
We are not fussy travellers either !

Room tip: Don't book economy. There are no windows . They are like a giant broom cupboard
