We have just returned from the best holiday ever. We took our 9 year old daughter and was hoping to find somone for her to play with. We were definately the minority there as most of the holidaymakers were russian and dutch but we found scottish families the first week and an english family the second week so she was quite happy. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all, food was excellent, huge choice, 3 a la carte restuarants to choose from, 24 hr bar and pizza delivered to your door before 11pm. No problems getting a sunlounger at any of the pools or at its own private beach. A big thankyou to our own waiter HALIT who made us feel so special everyday, he done such a fantastic job. Rooms were immaculate, cleaned everyday, minibar stocked everyday, what more can i say. Towels are given to you and changed 3 times a week if needed so no need to take your own. The only critism I can make is when you check-in make sure you have the newer part of the hotel, we stayed in the main buildng but the extended part the rooms are 5* and looked like something out of a magazine, just beautiful, if I had known this at the start of my holiday i would have asked to be moved here.We met a couple a few days into our holiday and they stayed here at no extra cost, The beds must have been 7 ft with fancy walk in wardrobes and jacuzzi baths. Overall we had an amazing time and will be back to this resort. Thanks for making it such a memorable hoilday.

Room Tip: New part of the main building.

Firstly, the photos on First Choice or Trip Advisor do not do Blue Waters justice. It is by far the best value holiday I have ever been on. With English tourists being by far the minority, the staff were always more than happy to please you, however we found the waiters in the Hotel restaurant to be better than the Club restaurant. We went for the last 2 weeks of June, weather was glorious. As we have children aged 9 and 4 we tended to stay around the Club pool area as this is where the kids club was based; the 9 year old wasn't interested in kids club until it came to Thursday afternoon where they took then 10-pin bowling at a neighbouring hotel for 8 euros. My 4 year old daughter had to be bribed to spend time with us, even though she was the only English child there! The kids club staff are a credit to Blue Waters, they always made sure that our children were included in everything and a few of them spoke near-perfect English. The food in the buffet restaurants was excellent, from breakfast with the fresh orange juice and omelette cooking stations to lunch and dinner, all with freshly preapred food. Make sure you have a good look around because you'll probably miss something you would really like to try tucked away in a corner somewhere. We tried the Turkish restaurant which was fantastic (2 whole lambs cooked in a clay pit, along with other Turkish specialities; bread, salads, pizzas, kebabs). The highlight was the Chinese restaurant. An amazing meal. Although it is a set menu everybody in our party enjoyed it (we went as a family of 4 along with my parents). We enjoyed it that much we managed to wangle another visit for my birthday. For a small charge (and as a fabulous surprise) you can arrange to have your table decorated with elaborate dressings, fresh flowers, wine and a huge personalised Birthday cake (although make sure you leave room for the dessert, deep fried ice-cream is amazing!). My only criticism is, if I had a child young enough to be in a buggy, you would need to request a ground floor club room; the ones on the upper floor are accessed by a spiral staircase (not easy to negotiate in high heels either!). My final piece of advice is: it is quite clear that this is a 'higher class' resort; however much to my delight you were not expected to dress up every evening (probably because it was too hot!). Everybody was comfortably dressed. A nice touch was on Thursday evenings it is gala night. The 'White' night is spectacular, ensure you get a spot by the pool near the champagne fountains and have your camera at the ready! Well, I think i've written enough now, although I could go on for another few hundred words with how fantastic it is. We WILL be returning in 2014 as a group of 6 without a doubt ( I need a holiday without my parents next year!!!). Feel free to message me with any questions.

Room Tip: We stayed in Club block 5, which was close to the restaurants and pools, although when in the rooms...

A super all inclusive hotel. From the moment you arrive in the lobby it is obvious that this hotel is a cut above. While quite big - you always feel as if it is peaceful, refined and stylish. The rooms we were in were compact but comfortable. The buffet restaurants are very efficient with a super variety of food for both fussy eaters(our 9 year old) and the more adventurous. They also have special themed nights where people make a bit of effort dressing to add a touch of elegance. The 3 themed restaurants are very good with the Kuyu(turkish) being our surprise favourite - the others are Chinese & Austrian, The bar and waiting staff are always helpful and attentive. The pools are gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers for everybody and super waterslides for the kids. If like me you suffer with the heat(33-35 degrees everyday!) I would recommend the beach or pier where there is a lovely breeze and plenty of shade if you need it.
The nightly entertainment is varied and by and large good fun. The all inclusive nature of Blue Waters really means that you could get by without putting your hand in your pocket if required. The grounds are huge and much less crowded than the noisy neighbours in Pegasus. The dive school run by Ahmet is very good and our 15 year old really enjoyed her 6 dive course that got her certified and as deep as 20 metres. (they guarantee that you will see turtles or get your money back ~ we got to touch one!). Even during the Euros Football they set up a Giant Outdoor Screen, trestle tables for 400, a new bar with Hot Dog stalls etc. I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Blue Waters. My only disappointment was that when we went(last week June/first July) we were one of possibly only a handful of English speaking families - it was hugely dominated by German & Russian speakers so it was a difficult to make friends and a tad lonely. A lovely holiday in a super hotel.

A fantastic hotel. Amazing facilities and extremely friendly staff. The animation team is brilliant with shows every night; a mixture of professional and animation team-led, but don't be disheartened these were funny and very well thought out too!
The hotel kids club was spectacular if you wanted your child could stay there 5 hours a day and they would also feed them in the kids restaurant for you!!! Our 5yr daughter got to take part in Snow White and the Forty Four Dwarfs and she loved it.
The grounds are beautiful and extensive and include every sport activity you could think of. There are a number of pools including 6 waterslides.
The beach is spotless, as is the rest of the resort and the food is excelelnt quality.
There are very few, if any, negatives about this hotel. The hotel is situated about 20 mins bus ride from Side and there is very little else around it apart from the Suntopia Pegasus hotel next door, but to be honest the hotel is so huge you don't feel that you're out on a limb.
This hotel is definately for families, but it's so large you can always find a quiet spot if you need it.
A really good holiday and a really lovely hotel.

Room Tip: rooms in the main hotel have a fabulous sea view

What a fantastic hotel we were totally amazed by everything on offer especially the quality of food, entertainment and pools. We took our 6month old little boy and he had a fantastic time all the staff went out of their way to speak to him and the facilities made day to day needs easy and hassle free. The only thing that disappointed us was there was no free wifi it was available at a cost though and it covered the full complex which is massive. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone especially families as the facilities for children are fantastic and they will never be bored. We will definatley be going back.
