Lovely pool with possibly the best view in Kusadasi! I dont agree with the service being below par I dont want people badgering me and asking me if im ok all the time as an adult i enjoy my privacy and the staff here are not over the top but if you ask them for anything they will help you out, the groundskeeper, cleaners, receptionist and pretty much all the staff I came across were lovely.

as for the hotel what you see in the pictures is what you get, its amazing. its up quite a steep hill which takes 5 minutes walk but how else would you have a panoramic view of the coast. I requested some music to be played in our room on arrival with fruit and champagne (soppy git) and they didnt let me down, dont miss this place it is awesome!

if any needs any questions answering just let me know i went last year

Room Tip: the higher the better in my opinion and the ones above reception dont get as good a view of the aega...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel grounds are beautiful with a gorgeous infinity pool that overlooks the sea. Our room was very clean and modern with two balconies. The staff at the hotel was not in the least helpful when we asked about recommendations of restaurants in the area which was a little frustrating. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful - anything you could ask for, they had it. All in all, a good hotel, but service could be improved.

Only spent one night at this boutique hotel, but wish I could have stayed a week! It is absolutely awesome! The room is large, bathroom modern and gorgeous, amenities are great, the food in restaurant was outstanding, the sunset beyond words, what's not to like? Only regret, since we were only there one night, didn't get to experience the infinity pool or the spa facilities. Hopefully, next time. The beds are super comfortable, also. Another nice feature was in-room hot pot with coffee/tea making available. Always enjoyable, first thing in the morning. The leisurely stroll to the cruise port/downtown area is less than half-mile. Area very secure, even when I was out walking at 11PM. What a fabulous property!

Stayed at Lavista Boutique with my boyfrien, my third time in Kusadasi, and this was by far the best hotel ever, well worth of 4 stars! The decor is very charming, and all the nice details are repeated at the entrance, in the room, in the restaurant, at the pool area. Lovely and everything looks brand new. The breakfast was the best, everything you want to eat, fresh parsley, tomatoes feta cheese, newly made eggs style of your choice, fresh bread, pancakes etc. Pool is amazing clean, perfect temperature, best view towards the sea. Staff were extremely friendly. The location close to town is perfect as well, you can walk there in 10 minutes. Only thing to point out is that the cocktails from the bar hold quite a lot of alcohol, so unless you want to be completely wasted, you should be aware. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Kusadasi!

Stayed here during the middle of October for a winter sunshine break. The hotel is very nice and clean but the best part are the views over the Aegean Sea just beautiful. The infinity pool is gorgeous too but unfortunately it was too cold to swim in as the week before we arrived they had some bad thunder storms which of course cooled the water down, however, one day we did go to the local Ladies Beach and swam in the sea there much warmer. Back to the hotel, we were only on B & B so can't comment on the food at dinner. Had a snack one lunchtime which was nice and tasty and a good portion size. Breakfast was adequate but there were rather a lot of bowls of olives, not my thing at breakfast, having said that their homemade jams were delicious.
Our room which was a suite was very nice but rather minimalist & the chairs in the lounge part not very comfy, only five hangers in the wardrobe but asked for more and we got them straight away, staff very helpful but unobtrusive, hit & miss with the tea & coffe supplies. We ate out in the local restaurants on an evening and found the local people to be very friendly and welcoming and we had some fabulous meals with wine at good prices.
The only downside I could say was that there was no lounge to speak of, just a little sitting area in the reception! They would be better not bothering with the clothes boutique (which I never saw open) and making that into a nice lounge.
Went to Ephesus on a half day trip which was long enough, very good but oh the crowds, just too many people. Apparently when the cruise ships come into port this is the main attraction and many times there were several ships in dock, nice to see them though some are absolutely huge.
Having said all the above we enjoyed our holiday but I certainly wouldn't want to stay there when the open air disco (which is just across the road from the hotel) is open during the summer months you will never get any sleep it is too close. Would I recommend Lavista Boutique, yes if you just want to chill out and have a lazy break.

Room Tip: Go for a suite nice and spacious.
