This is a smart waterfront hotel, very streamlined with all rooms overlooking the water and most with balconies. The room was small but the use of mirrors gives an illusion of space. It was airy and bright. There are limited amenities. Breakfast is quite basic but situated on a terrace overlooking the water so quite a pleasant environment.
The best feature for us was the balcony where we could relax at the end of the day with a drink.

Stayed a night at this modern hotel - the rooms were small but with a king sized bed and a balcony view that fronts the ocean, it made up for it. Breakfast was alright - i don't think it was an outstanding spread - came with the hotel stay. This hotel is situated close to the end of a busy street - however you could hear music blaring from the street till 2am in the morning. The rooms are pretty and is considered to be one of the "top" hotels in the area based on the tour agent. The hallways leading to the room were dark but it was deliberate to enhance the modern feel of the hotel. Wifi is only available on the first floor and the lobby.

Room Tip: No Wifi in the rooms from 2nd floor upwards.

This place looks great on the internet but it is seriously worn down, cracked shower wall, towels frayed, walls marked, furniture scraped up, bathroom products not marked so you have no idea if it's body lotion or shampoo, rotten fruit on the breakfast buffet. Only one of the staff was nice, everyone else extremely rude and unhelpful. The mini bar was stocked with one fanta and one diet coke and never restocked during our 3 day stay. Satellite tv is all Turkish with the exception of cnn. They don't turn the hallway lights on. The only good thing about the hotel was the location and good views. It's a 2 star at best!

Wonderfully located overlooking the harbour and lose to restaurants and shops ,but just a little bit distanced form the noise this is a small modern boutique hotel with a great vibe. Funky modern large rooms with water views and a lift!
Helpful front of house staff made this a fun hotel with an outside bar that was great tohaveanightcap!

Two nights here as part of an organised tour. The hotel is in a great location, right on the waterfront. Room was comfortable, clean and had nice views over the water, castle and harbour. Junior staff were very responsive and friendly. The senior front office staff and management were rather non attentive - to the point of being told we are leaving early (6am) so no breakfast or coffee - they apparently wanted 24 hours notice. Breakfast, however, was part of the accommodation cost. No breakfast. When leaving early, was charged excessively for one small bottle of wine - obviously a cost not worth disputing at the very early hour. This is an ok 3 star - but some tour operators promote it as 4 star. This is not accurate. Good steak restaurant next door.

This hotel is on the esplanade looking out to sea. Drinks can be taken on the terrace. The breakfast buffet was very good.
The down-side was that disco music blasted across the sea each night until 02.00. Not easy to escape from this anywhere in the town.

Our 3 nights stay was very enjoyable in this modern Kusadasi waterfront hotel that looks out over the bay with the added bonus on cruise ships arriving in the morning and leaving at night. We spent most of the time out, but the sensible layout with a nice deck above the restaurant is great. You are 200 metres walking distance from the action if you need it and there are loads of places to eat. We made the excursion to Ladies Bay to dine and watch the sunset for a change. Remember you just have the 6 metre road between you and the sea.

Room Tip: The first floor rooms are the pick for wifi freaks as there is no signal in rooms above, but all roo...
