“Beds were comfy, not bad but wouldnt stay again!!”
Reviewed 1 April 2010

Staff were nice, stayed up at the top floor when we entered the room is was small compared to everywhere i've being, when i put my bag on the bed i noticed the pillows were dirty and sheets and the place wasn't that clean. i asked to be transferred cause the room wasn't clean the manager came up and TOLD ME THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. I Showed her the sheets and PILLOW cases and i said ''clean'' ??? so eventually we moved rooms, ( i was really tired and just wanted a clean bed 2 sleep in) the hotel was up a hill, it wasn't bad considering there was steps on the way up. We stayed here 2 weeks and when your on hoildays all you really need is a place to put your head down! so i wasn't fussy really. the bed was comfy, tho i wouldn't stay here again, i got this with a package hoilday so i just went with the flow. The pool was mad looking the first day, i asked why did it look yellow?? they said the weather can change it..(yea right) but the next day i seen someone clean out the pool..ive seen photos of what people uploaded of the pool?? i don't think it was that bad.. For a cheap stay, and it your really not fussy i would recommend this place..!! 6/10 (Michelle, Dublin)

I am from England now living in Australia I travelled to England to see my family while I was there I decided to book a holiday to turkey with a friend who had never been to europe before we arrived at 5 30am the first thing I wanted was a drink no kettle to make one even though it was self catering, very poor stocked no tin opener no large plates no oven, No hot water the whole of our stay the floor was dirty we hade to wear shoes no bulbs in some areas every time we spoke to the reception we never got any where , only one toilet roll was provided after that we had to buy from the hotel shop, if you ordered a drink from the bar you could not pay for it at the time you got it put on a bill when you went to pay at a later date there was more added on to the account the towels was only changed twice in the week they was a dirty white colour not that we needed them we had no hot water . floors never got washed we asked on several occasions to be moved to a different room they kept sayingt no room avaliable till tomorrow we was banging our heads against a brick wall nothing was getting sorted the pool area was in the shade, we spent most of our time at the hotel opposite we met some really nice peole there who let us have the use of thier shower/bath what a difference having hot water if you read this jill thank you so much it was really appreciated
if it was not for these poeple and the good staff at the tuntas appartments I do not know what we would have done I have travelled to turkey and other places many times and never experienced anything like this in the passed lots more I could add but I have not got the time these appartments are not reccommeded by me dont go

ive never left a review before but felt i should this time.i travelled with my69yr old mum and 13yr old daughter.we arrived at 5.30am.we dropped into bed then realised that my daughter had no sheet on her bed so slept with a beach towel over her, there was no bulb in the lamp but never mind well sort it in the morning.we went to our welcome meeting at the hotel opposite and were told we could use their facilities whenever we wanted.this turned out to be a godsend. our pool seemed nice enough but we soon realised it got no sun after about 2 in the afternoon.the hot water was temperamental, to say the least and the floor was so filthy we had to wear shoes in the apartment.we asked every day about the light bulb and never had it replaced while we were there.the hotel manager sat in reception and didnt speak at all except for 1 day when she asked if we were going to the turkish nite. i told her i didnt think so and she never spoke again! halfway through the week the bulb in the bathroom went and we had to go down 3 times before it was replaced.when we ran out of toilet roll i asked the rep if we could have a new one,he went to the manageress and asked her, she answered him in turkish and he came back and told us that they only supply the first one, after that you had to buy them(but they were for sale in the hotel shop!)on the day we checked out we had to vacate the room at 12noon,as we were getting picked up at 11.30pm we asked if there was somewhere we could get changed and were told that we could use the toilet by the pool, when we changed ther were another 5 women trying to get changed and washed in 1 wc and 1 wash basin.if it wasnt for the fantastic staff at tuntas apts our holiday would have been a complete nightmare.this hotel felt as if it was on the verge of closing down for good

hotel 10 mins walk to ladies beach, situated by mosque, call to prayer at 5ish every morning, this lasts for 5/8mins but slept through it after first couple of days.staff were always friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble;the bar/restaurant bill is run up each day and can be settled at reception the following day;we never had a problem with this and our bill was always spot on.local restaurant called daisys was probably the best we visited but rosys is also good.room was adequate and clean as was the rest of the hotel,i would return to this hotel.the boat trip is good value at £8 pp includes dinner and all soft drinks;waterpark adaland was £13 pp including coach travel all booked from excursionsagent next to rosys restaurant on ladies beach.

These apartments are o.k. if you get the right room. Be aware that ground floor do not have terrace or outside patios advertised. The terrace opens out on to the swimming pool area and must be very noisy as they play the music till late even if nobody is there.
We arrived and were shown to a ground floor studio with no outside access, we immediatley complained and we were shown to a fifth floor apartment which was o.k. apart from old tired bathroom fittings and a toilet which was always breaking down.
We found the reception staff (two young lads) very helpful and charming, the Lady Manager or wife of owner was also very helpful.
The pool was fine, but was only in the sun until about 5.30 but we spent most of our time on the beach which was a not very pleasant walk 15 mins away, down fairly steep road. The worst part was having to do this twice a day as all the eating places were down on the front. Unless you walked up a steep road to main road and caught a No 1.2.10 or 5 to town.
Having read previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised.
The air conditioning was far too expensive £50 per week so we survived without it.
If you are up a few storeys you can leave the door and window open and it is bearable.
If you want to stay at Ladies Beach try to get nearer to the beach to avoid the walk Ponz apartments look nice!

Would reccommend this hotel to young people going away for a good time with friends! Place was very clean & was cleaned regularly. Pool was very clean & was cleaned everyday. 24 hour poolside bar. Staff were very friendly & helpful. 2 minute walk to Ladies beach. Bout 5 minutes to Bar street in a taxi & costs you 10 lira (bout 5 euro) but there are regular buses that take you there for little or nothing i just never got them. Music was not too loud!! Would defo stay here again!! Dont listen to the bad reviews!!

for my first foreign holiday i can honestly tell you it was a nitemare from start to finish.
we came home absolutly shatterd,we got no sleep as our room was right at the pool.we complaind to staff but it fell on deaf ears.music played until 3am,it was as if it was in our room.we saw the cleaner once in the whole week, and that was just to empty our bin.the toilet which had a crack in it broke while we were there and they expected us to pay for it.
they charged major high prices for food and drink.we never got a bed at the pool as people were putting towels on a bed the night before and not using them until maby 3 or 4pm.the walk to the shops and beach was disgusting, bins and rubbish everywhere.
i can honestly say if i had 2 weeks booked i wouldnt have stayed.we eventually got moved to a room on the third floor but it was useless our holiday was ruined.air con cost us 50euro for 2 days in the second room they gave us.i could go on and on but wasted enough time with the dump.you will be guaranteed noting but utter annoyance if you stay there, and may i add that our rep was useless.
