WOW! We had a great time. The staff and bar staff were as friendly as you are to them. Many of them couldn't help but laugh and smile with us around. Even the massive storm that hit us did not dampen out spirits. When we arrived, we were greeted and taken to our rooms and although at first we were a bit concerned because we were on the road side of the hotel and not overlooking the bay, the traffic at night ceased so much, it was not any different to were we live.
Out room was cleaned every day even though it really didn't need it and the chamber maid always made a lovely design out of the towels on the bed. We didn't see any bad areas and we even used the 'in-house' massage service...mmmmm!
The weather changed after the storm on our second day, to a cold wind, but overall that did not deter us from enjoying ourselves.
The entertainment we would say was a bit poor but only because people were not in the mood to participate. Sometimes, that happens. When you go away, you just want to relax and do your own thing. But the staff and the big Fire Show they put on was good. It's the end of the year for these folks and it must get tiring trying to amuse thousands of visitors day-in-day-out. They were looking forward to going home as many have to 'live-in' on the job.
If you are nice to people, they are usually nice back. There were some staff who did not speak English but a few hand signs and gestures usually were understood with a smile.
A great place to go is The Golden Boys. Ok, it's not 5* in looks but the staff and food were 6*!!! We also told them we wanted to visit Ephesus but did not want a tour. For a very, very good price, a guy picked us up on the arranged time from the hotel, took us to Ephesus and was there when we were finished. It was a great day.
Be prepared to be hassled by vendors - they too must make a living. A polite: 'No thank you' usually is met with a smile and release.
Like most coastal holiday destinations, when you've seen one gift shop, you've seen them all, but Kusadasi is the most beautiful town we've seen and the views from the hotel were amazing.
We would certainly recommend this hotel. It was a 3*+ in our grading - a good 3*+

Room Tip: Request a bay view if you must, but we reckon you may have to put up with the music from below aroun...

First of all I can say that the baratenders are the best and service is 5 star. Moreover near pool is very beautiful scenery, you can see all city center and especially at night view is really romantic. Rooms are nice and tidy, but better is to take pool view, because you will see sea and city. One bad thing is that sea is 2.4km away,so you have to go by mini bus, which cost 3,5 lira for two persons.Same problem for city centre, also 2km away.

Came here in October had quite high expectations of this hotel, got put into a small room with single beds and small balcony which was flooded with water and a view of a building and long grass, politely explained to the manager that this is our honeymoon and we had payed a lot of money,so he kindly moved us too a little bit bigger room with much better views.some staff are friendly others are rude, the entertainment team were quite rude at times and more concerned chatting up girls around the poolside, and the entertainment in the nite was really bad.the food didn't really cater for the British and wasn't much choice for the hot food, and found it was repetitive..nothing was labeled so had no idea what the heck we were eating at times.make sure ur there by 7.30 otherwise food is cold, hotel is clean, pool is nice and the views. But would recommend going on trips and visiting the centre and markets.

Room Tip: Make sure you choose a sea view otherwise you may be disappointed.

The best bartenders I've ever seen. Hotel was clean, pool big enough and also clean. Too bad that the closest beach is about 2 km from hotel, also city centre is about 2 km away. But you can go with bus which costs 1,75 lira per person. Also hotel has great panorama view. You can sit in terrace, drink cocktails and enjoy the view of the city.

Nice view, stuff were polite and helpfull. Easy to get extra information and rent a car from the desk. Food was good enough. Not always very special, but mostly very good. Room were nice and cleany. Only minus were balcony, which were too small.
I could go again. Pool was nice and big enough for the all customers.

We stayed in Panorama Hill Hotell for a one week in October 2013. At first we got a room from the street side, which was very loud. We request for an other room and the very polite hotel manager show as an other room. This room was to the side street and you couldn't hear any noice there. That really made our holiday!
The athmosphere in the hotel was very nice! All the service people were friendly and helpful and we had great talks with them! Especially we like to mention the bar stuff and the entertainment team - thanks for all, you are great!!!
The food was always excellent and there was lot of choice. We had all inclusive so there was always enough to eat and drink. And the local red wine (served from the bar) was excellent! The bar stuff was always friendly and we communicate in every possible language, though they could also serve in English.
The entertainment team was very funny and they had very funny ideas for the evening program. The music played background of the pool every day was relaxing and nice.
We also found the hotel location excellent: we never wanted to stay direkt in the city and from the hotel it was about 25 minutes walk to the city center and also Dolmus busses driving all the time. So getting to the city was absolutely not a problem! The location made the hotel very peaceful and it has beautiful view to the city and to the sea.
We had no expectations as we arrived and we got the best holiday ever! We can sure recommend this hotel and we'll be back as well!

Room Tip: Rooms with sea view are quieter and with a beautiful view.

This hotel would be nothing without its wonderful staff. They work long hours but are always so pleasant on our two week stay there some had not even had a day off.
The rooms are small but very nice however, the people who traveled with us found their room too small and got moved to another no problem by just talking to the staff at reception.
There was always food available from 7.30am till 10pm at night, & all inclusive till 11pm. While the food was nice we found a lot of it repetatitve and as we went last week in august first week in september it catered mainly for Turkish people who go on holiday at that time.
The animation team were very good and they even did a fire show one evening themselves which was amazing.
There were lots of sunbeds but as we wanted near the kids pool we got up a bit earlier and lay out towels out.
The views from Panorama are amazing and for people with family's with small children there is hardly any noise.
You can walk into the town centre of Kusadasi in about 20 minutes but the dolmus is great you can flag them down anywhere and stop right outside the hotel, and they cost about €1.50. There are parks for children very frequently. The market is a must on a Wednesday but be prepared to haggle as you will pay too much this is the same with the shops.
we also needed a doctor while we were there and asked reception for a number but instead they rang & a car was sent for us and their service was amazing too. we had a small problem with the only english speaking tv channel being BBC world news. It would have been nice to have one or two others.
We went to the Adaland Waterpark which is amazing free buses run every 10 minutes from across the road from the hotel in the mornings. I've seen on other reviews you cannot bring food in but you can as other people had done so. Also make sure to check out Ephesus ancient Roman/Greek city its a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Room Tip: We had a 5 year old and she was on a pull out bed which was fine for ask but some rooms have 3 beds...
