The manager (Jackie Chan) is amazing he’s so helpful and goes out of his way to help you and Jerry is funny and entertaining because he will speak to you and get you involved in the entertainment. Tom is alright he speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. The waiters are so helpful they always ask if you want anything and make you feel comfortable and are so nice.

I dont know who like this place for it to have 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor must be the staff!
Lets start with the FOOD!
Put it this way even the stray cats DIDNT WANT TO EAT IT! COLD MUSHY veg, STALE desserts, OLD grapes and watermelon. Food made the night before for dinner, left outside then used for lunch the next day. Flys yes FLYS! SAT ON ALL THE FOOD BECAUSE IT WAS LEFT OPEN!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were the same EVERYDAY!
Drinks were fine HOWEVER i stood there and watched with my own two eyes the bar tender, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, run the USED glasses under running water and put them back on the tray for the guests to use! DISGUSTING!!! Used the plastic cups.
When arrive and the pictures are NOTHING like the real thing, the reception area is a awful. One family were checking in then we were next, we waited 30mins. We get to our rooms, walk in and the smell hits you of sewage, i turned on the A/C and a smell of mold comes out. I went to freshen up and saw the condition of the bathroom (please see pictures) and noticed a stain on the bed. So i went downstairs to ask for a different room and i was told no i don't think there is a stain so i showed her the picture and she told me she will send the cleaner. I asked her again i would like to CHANGE my room because the bathroom needs to be changed not just cleaned she said i will have to wait until tomorrow when the manager arrives. Next day manager stayed in a small room shouting questions to the receptionist to ask me, didnt see the managers face. Very RUDE!
I was told the next day i will be moved.
So that morning i went to swap key so i can change my room and i was told to keep my key and come back late afternoon, so we went out for the day came back to the hotel and I was instructed to quickly take my belongings out of the room, NOW! I said its out already i did it this morning, she then raised her coice and said so why didnt you tell me. I said i gave you the key you told me to keep it. She held my hand and said shh it doesn't matter. My NEW room smelt of bleach which means they did a GOOD clean but still of poor quality definitely NOT a 4 star hotel.
ENTERTAINMENT
the kids had the same songs, the same dancing EVERY NIGHT!
Tim/Tom was very happy to hear we were from England. He then wanted to sell us Bingo tickets 10 striped for 100TL we told him we don't play Bingo, He said ok, 60TL we still refused he went down to 40TL then said ok I'll give you for FREE we STILL refused he walked off and said FINE!
We were taken to Ephesus, with a tour guide "Typhoon" he then took us to a jewellers where they pounced on you like hungry vultures and they separated you for the group to sell you real gold FAKE gems i know because i fell victim they tell you, you will get a certificate of authenticity which only says 14K gold gem stone box is left blank. Took it to be valued and as we suspected just the gold was real.
Izmir is the same men and boys try to get you into their shops tk sell you "genuine" fakes and its hard to leave...this one i succeed you just have tk ignore them.
Beautiful country ashame about these people who let it down
