I heard many things about this hotel and I didnt know what to believe til we arrived. For a 3 star hotel (and not only) it was perfect for us.

The location is in the central area (near Marina). The only "bad" thing is that you have to climb a hill to reach the location, but the view is splendid. We always went there by foot (it's about 300 metres from the sea), but we could also take their local transport for about 2 lira.

Our room was just like in their pictures, clean and nice. We stayed at the 3rd floor. On our side we could see the sea, but we recommend 4th floor for even a better view. The 5th floor has also nice view BUT it's just under their restaurant so I guess it's more noisy there in the morning.

The food was excellent. We had all inclusive menu, but we never ate 3 times a day, cause 2 times was more than enough. Their food has a lot of soups, pastas/salads/local food combined with stake and delicious deserts. Their breakfast was nice too. We could eat there almost anything, so we never went to eat something in the city. Til 5 o clock we could eat a burger or pizza near the pool (btw.. the pool is fine too. not so big, but nice). We never ate lunch (as i said earlier, because there was too much food hehe). At the bar we could drink for free vodka, beer, gin, wine, soda, etc, but only til 10:30 PM.

Their employees from the hotel were really nice and funny people. We get along very well with them, but almost none of them did speak english properly so you've got to have patience when asking them something using more than 3 words hehe. The good part is that we learned some turkish words from them. :)

All in all it was a nice hotel for us. Cheap and fine!

Room Tip: Rooms on the 3rd fourth or fifth floor with view by the sea. Those are excellent.

Booked this hotel at last minuet and cheap. It was 3star and that is exactly what you get. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rom was cleaned daily. The pool was great always had sun bed. Booked hotel to retrace holiday we had 25 years ago and this hotel was situated perfectly for this. The bus tut tut stop outside the hotel and cost 50p to go in to the old town. We ate breakfast, lunch, chip butties durning the day and ate out in the town at night. Exactly what we planned. We were the only English in the hotel for 5 of the 7 days mainly eastern eurpeans made friends, fun when neither of you spoke same language. Had a fun holiday.

Room Tip: This hotel is great to use as a base to explore kusadasi. If you are looking for luxury this is not...

Rooms are basic but clean, great view from the fifth floor over the Marian and sea.
Our room was cleaned every day.
Staff were very friendly, some of them spoke real good english. Very helpful with all.
Pool was nice and clean, always enough beds arround.
Local bus passes in front of the hotel, but it is also possible to walk into town or to the beach.
Food can still improve some, but was good for us. Enough to choose from and real tasty
Good place for the price!

Room Tip: Rooms on 4th or 5th floor for a great seaview

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, magnificent view over the harbour and the sea, especially from the dining room at the top floor, Reception staff very helpful.
Our room was cleaned every day, bathroom basic but clean.

We had an all-in arrangement and the buffet food was varied and quite tasty. One remark about the food; it would have tasted even better if it would be kept hot on the buffet.

All in all a very good deal for the very modest price,

Room Tip: The higher floors have rooms with a better view (on the seaside)

My Husband and I have just come back from a fortnight at this hotel. We stayed on the 5th floor with a fantastic view overlooking the Marina and Harbour . This hotel is in the process of upgrading to 4 star and is making every effort to obtain this. The Staff were friendly and made the effort to speak to us in English which is more than some of the guests did. The pool is clean and tested every day. The music around the pool was not our taste so visited the local beaches a few times. We had no problem with the food, and the fish was baked and for all it had the head on it tasted lovely. Drinks are limited to Vodka, Gin, Raki, Red and white wine and Beer, with soft drinks. The local bus goes past the hotel frequently into the town centre and Ladies Beach if you do not want to tackle the bank to and from the hotel to the sea front.

Ignore the bad reviews, great place for the price!
We arrived at 4am luggage was carried to our nice clean room.
There is a good choice of food traditional Turkish breakfast, and also cereals, if you want English food an only English people then stay in England! Nice pool and pool bar plenty of beds. there is steep hill down to centre and beach but it is good location, staff were more than happy to help an phone taxis if we wished. Rifat the manager couldn't have made us feel more welcome he's a lovely friendly man, speaks excellent English and very helpful. There is a shuttle bus Everyday to diamond sands beach which is a lovely quiet beach. Will defiantly return!
