“A little gem of a place”
Reviewed 9 July 2014

Sitting here at the pool on our second last day quietly smug with our choice of hotel :) as others have said it sits back from the main centre of Kusadasi but we managed to walk into the town taking 20 mins at a leisurely pace. There is usually a taxi that sits outside and for 15 lira (£4.30@time of writing) will take you into town. Now back to the hotel...our room (201) has a sitting room with two couches , flat screen tv and a kitchen area with a large table, a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is large with more than ample wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. The bathroom is a bit on the small side with just enough room in the corner shower unit to move about.
Air con and a safe for no extra cost as well which is something of a rarity as most of you will know
The pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The pool is a good size with a small kids pool attached. It is worth noting that the pool has no shallow end with all the main pool at the same depth.
Behind the pool area are the gardens. This area is a godsend on hot days with plenty of shade from the sun thanks to the mature trees. This area has sunbeds and tables and chairs as well to help u chill out :). There are also apricot and apple trees that you can pick from in the gardens. The area also has a play park and a football goal for the kids.
The staff here have been fantastic with nothing being too much trouble. Tufan, Sertan, Mert and the rest of the staff are a credit to the hotel while being attentive they are not intrusive, something that I like with all hotel staff any where. The food is great as well, not been disappointed with anything up till now. Breakfast is the basic Turkish fare but with fresh bread, toast and pancakes with eggs made any way u want on request.
All in all I would say this hotel is suitable for anyone ,singles, couples and family's with any age of children,as I said in the title a little gem of a place

Family run apartments great laid back atmosphere, all the staff very friendly and spoke several different langues, food very good if not on the menu would do there best to get what you want. Very clean, every thing cleaned daily including the pool, all food and drink reasonably priced. Ten minuet walk to town centre, or 15tl taxi ride, lots of attractions close by, definitely going again.
Airport about 1Hr 40Mins

Room Tip: all rooms very good

First time in Kusadasi so was a bit apprehensive but need not have worried. Hotel was a little bit out of town but Domlus passed nearby. Staff went over and above what was expected. It was quiet as it was the end of April but staff couldn't do enough. We had out 41st wedding anniversary there and they cooked us a special fish dish. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. All in all a hotel to recommend.

Staff fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. I am coeliac and the chef ensured that everything he cooked for me was gluten free (even though he has never heard of it before we arrived). Everything was spotlessly clean. At the start of the holiday we were the only English but we were made to feel welcome. Pool not open as still being maintained. We had a lovely time, this was our first trip to Turkey, we will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: Top floors would be quieter, rooms on front of building have the sun in the afternoon.

Hotel is ~2km uphill from the center of the town in a reasonably quite area with pool, nice garden, and playground for kids.
Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Dealing mainly with British guests, most speak English reasonably well.
Rooms are not fancy, but practical with the essential stuff you need.

I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend.

Nice spacious rooms good comfy bed and good facilities for making your own food in the room, as it was getting colder we didnt use the facilities like pool etc but it all looked very nice and clean.

Breakfast in the hotel is nice and they will cater to your needs if you want to veer off from the set menu. there was also an amazing fire in the restaurant area where we parked ourselves some evenings to relax and it was really lovely with Zeus the dog cosying up next to you.
There are 2 cats at the hotel who wander around but they are very friendly turkey is full of cats they are everywhere so its just something you need to deal with if your not a cat person like me.
The only things i would change would be the temp in the shower. it goes from a nice temp to too hot after a while so you keep having to move the dial as you shower although my bf had no issues with this as he likes a hot shower. it just got a little too hot for me. also the double bed are 2 singles pushed together which keep sliding apart i understand they probably change the room from double to twin to suit the guests needs but even something to hook them together when they are double would be good as i woke up stuck down the hole in the middle a few times haha :-)

The walk to centrum is about 20 minutes at a slow pace. you do cross a main road with large curbs so if you are travelling with children in a buggy i would consider this. the road does become clear enough at times to cross at ease but during busy times i would just be aware of this.

All in all a lovely hotel i do hope to return again soon as you do feel at home here. and i hear they have great entertainment in the summer months. :)

We stayed here two years ago and really enjoyed it, so hoped it would be as good. It was even better. As we don't like too much heat we had the same room at the back overlooking a wooded hill and some new apartments, but now it was fully renovated with smart furniture and decoration. As Turkish apartments go it was pretty quiet except when the call to pray from the (far-off) mosque set the neighbours dogs barking. No car/ nighclub/ street noise!

The whole place was really clean, with a lovely pool and garden, and very helpful friendly staff. We asked about the internet that had been previously available, and as the pc wasn't working the owner let us us his own pc in his office. A few days later a public, free, pc reappeared. The safe and a large library of paperbacks was also free. The manager also booked us another hotel for a visit to Cannakale, for visits to Troy and Gallipoli.

The situation is really convenient for the bus station, supermarkets, minibuses for Ladies Beach(the best beach in Kusadasi) and a twenty minute stroll to the town centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing economical self catering/ board holiday.

Room Tip: Back rooms are cooler in summer but might be too cool later.
