The hotel was a bit difficult to find with GPS. Not really a hotel but more like apartment converted to hotel in the middle of residential area. The rooms could have been better. There was no air-conditioning in kids room. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The poolside and bar looked good though we didn't get a chance to try it. The restaurant food was bad. Wifi only worked in the lobby.

I just spent a week at this hotel. It is much nicer than it appears when you drive up to it.
Especially as I had seen the very fancy hotels along the beach fronts.
But the garden is really lovely and shady and there was always space on the loungers by the pool. Though I hear in high season it is harder to find an open spot.
Located very close to the dolomus bus station, so easy to get to one of the beaches or to Ephesus. Or you can walk into town which isn't far either.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job.

I had a lovely break and there is very little I would change, certainly not the hotel, just maybe the food.

I was on half board and the food was decent but not completely to my taste, hoping for more local fare and variety / choice.
I would suggest not opting for half board and just choosing the meals that you want as it really doesn't work out any more expensive as the meals are very reasonably priced.
Breakfast was really good.
I would have liked a lot more variety in the evening meals, I suggested fish one night would have been good. The salad was nice but the same every night. Not sure that I would come to Turkey for Shepherds pie! There were lots of nice things on their menu, but for half board it is a set meal so you don't get any choice with what you are given. Also the deserts were very thin. Every other night it was just some fruit on a plate, with more effort made on the other nights. Just ice cream would have been good!

Room Tip: I was at the front overlooking the pool and to the side of the kitchen. It wasn't really noisy...

Sitting here at the pool on our second last day quietly smug with our choice of hotel :) as others have said it sits back from the main centre of Kusadasi but we managed to walk into the town taking 20 mins at a leisurely pace. There is usually a taxi that sits outside and for 15 lira (£4.30@time of writing) will take you into town. Now back to the hotel...our room (201) has a sitting room with two couches , flat screen tv and a kitchen area with a large table, a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is large with more than ample wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. The bathroom is a bit on the small side with just enough room in the corner shower unit to move about.
Air con and a safe for no extra cost as well which is something of a rarity as most of you will know
The pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The pool is a good size with a small kids pool attached. It is worth noting that the pool has no shallow end with all the main pool at the same depth.
Behind the pool area are the gardens. This area is a godsend on hot days with plenty of shade from the sun thanks to the mature trees. This area has sunbeds and tables and chairs as well to help u chill out :). There are also apricot and apple trees that you can pick from in the gardens. The area also has a play park and a football goal for the kids.
The staff here have been fantastic with nothing being too much trouble. Tufan, Sertan, Mert and the rest of the staff are a credit to the hotel while being attentive they are not intrusive, something that I like with all hotel staff any where. The food is great as well, not been disappointed with anything up till now. Breakfast is the basic Turkish fare but with fresh bread, toast and pancakes with eggs made any way u want on request.
All in all I would say this hotel is suitable for anyone ,singles, couples and family's with any age of children,as I said in the title a little gem of a place

Family run apartments great laid back atmosphere, all the staff very friendly and spoke several different langues, food very good if not on the menu would do there best to get what you want. Very clean, every thing cleaned daily including the pool, all food and drink reasonably priced. Ten minuet walk to town centre, or 15tl taxi ride, lots of attractions close by, definitely going again.
Airport about 1Hr 40Mins

Room Tip: all rooms very good

First time in Kusadasi so was a bit apprehensive but need not have worried. Hotel was a little bit out of town but Domlus passed nearby. Staff went over and above what was expected. It was quiet as it was the end of April but staff couldn't do enough. We had out 41st wedding anniversary there and they cooked us a special fish dish. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. All in all a hotel to recommend.

Staff fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. I am coeliac and the chef ensured that everything he cooked for me was gluten free (even though he has never heard of it before we arrived). Everything was spotlessly clean. At the start of the holiday we were the only English but we were made to feel welcome. Pool not open as still being maintained. We had a lovely time, this was our first trip to Turkey, we will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: Top floors would be quieter, rooms on front of building have the sun in the afternoon.
