I booked this hotel as a last minute girly sun holiday with 3 of my friends. The total cost for flights and hotel was just 300 so we expected the hotel to be average. However the hotel was gorgeous! The rooms were large and airy, the pool was gorgeous and just beyond the pool was a terrace with a beautiful view out over the sea where you could eat lunch and dinner. The breakfast that was included was lovely and had lots of choice. The dalmash bus into town also stopped right outside the hotel. This was my second time to kusadasi and I would definately recommend a stay at this hotel.

Just back from 2 weeks in the Sunset Plaza and we had a wonderful time! Yes the beds are a bit hard but thats how they are in Turkey..the rooms are huge with buckets of storage, the pool is spotless, food gorgeous (just far too much) breakfast is so nice, tried loads of new things. Bring tea bags if you;re fussy about your tea! Dolmus from just outside that connects to everything. I found the staff helpful and courteous at all times, very easy to get a sunlounger and they were very comfprtable. Sunsets amazing and aqua aerobics with fifi brilliant fun. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel and will be returning to Kusadasi and the sunset Plaza as soon as I can!

Room Tip: If you don;t want drunken idiots waking you up don't take a pool view! I would still take the...

My cousin and I stayed at this hotel for a week towards the end of Sept, the rooms were spacious and cleaned every single day. The staff were friendly and helpful, yes the girls at receiption had limited english but they always managed to sort out our requests. The breakfast was nice but continental style the omeletts made while you wait was a nice bonus and if you wanted a cooked iish breakfast you could buy it from the pool bar.
The pool area was nice and had plently of space, if there was not vacant sunlounges out then staff would get you one.
We ate at the hotel only on one night and we both enjoyed our meal. There is a little stand selling ice cream and it is 1.50 tlr for a scoop of it in a cone really cheap and great for cooling down by the pool.
The dolums stops just outside the secutity gate every 5 mins from 7 am till 12pm. They cost 2.25tlr to get to either ladies beach or town. When you get on if you tell them ladies beach they will drop there first it takes just 5 mins. It takes about 20 in traffic to town centre.
We ate a few times at ladies beach. We loved Somewhere Else their mojitos and chocolate souflee were just devine.
We also tried Rosy it was cheap but we were not crazy about the food my meal was particularly oily.
The castle in Kusadasi was another excellent place to eat we had a lovely meal there and the guy singing was really good.

Nice clean room and friendly helpful staff. Found hotel expensive for drinks and food, particularly water! It is apparently an offence to bring in water or any other items of food so beware if you have dietary needs you may be checked on the way in to see whats in your handbag!! The breakfast was appaling, so many times I saw wasps swimming on the fruit juices and in the fruit. Flies on the cheese and meat, fruit was second class, oranges were at the end of their lifeline. I ate the bread and bought teabags as the tea was terrible, not tea as we know it! This certainly was not a breakfast that should be served in a 4 star hotel on an inclusive package. The breakfast served which wasn't inclusive and had to be paid for was good, this is wrong and makes one feel that they are being treated as second class because they went for an inclusive package. On the plus side the hotel is in a fab location and any holiday is what you make it so I got out there and enjoyed it.

Room Tip: We had a room with balcony with a sea view, it was fabulous.

The rooms are good; the staff are excellent; the pool area is excellent for young families; the food is good and reasonably priced. Very easy to pop in/out of Kusadasi using the Dolmus buses that depart from near the hotel every few minutes (great service). Ladies Beach is a 10-15 minute wals from the hotel but the real 'gem' is the beach just below the hotel (accessible via a steep path) which is less-crowded than other beaches but has everything ~including easy access to hotel for eats etc.). All in all, a great location to be based at.

Room Tip: Book a room with a pool view.
