The worst thing this hotel have is the manager Hussain - a two-faced, intrusive guy with a temper issue. If you go there you risk of being yelled at because of things like leaving a messy shower. When you walk to your room, he will not look you in the eyes, but instead stare at your bags to see if there is something he can confiscate, like drinks or food.
Second issue with this hotel is breakfast, which is included, but only if you get there early, as soon as they serve it, because 20 minutes, later you wont find anything to eat.
Next thing is the hygiene. They never seem to change the linen and towels, even tho that should be done twice a week as they state. Our was never changed.
Our shower head was malfunctioning (too old) when we got there so we had to detach it in order to take a shower. We were yelled at Tomorrow because of that, and they attached a new functional shower head, but without the rubber sealing, so it was leaking everywhere.
Lets say, you order a drink in their "restaurant" - lobby. You ask for wifi password and Hussain says: "1 euro". I mean really!? Give them an euro per day just to check my email? It`s free EVERYWHERE in the city, wherever you sit to take a drink, or eat something.
I can go on and on like this, but I`m a bit tired, and I`m sure that you get the point by now.
The only shiny thing in this hotel is the person working at the reception desk. I never found out his name, but he was really polite and forthcoming person.
