We had a lovely vacation! The hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. (We were near to activity pool.) Every evening we watched beautiful sunsets from the restaurant and it was very romantic. We tasted the cuisine of all restaurants and they were very delicious! The customer service was excellent! Thanks to Ugur and Ahmed.
The espresso was amazing at the lobby bar!!
All day and evening we had a very fun time with the animation team- Mitcho, Shery, Marina, Kaan, Mero... thank you all - we love you!!!
Everything was so good but we needed of entertainment after 24h. Then the bar and the music finished. This place was perfect for family with children but we were without ours. Next time we going to this hotel with them.

Room Tip: we were next to the activity pool (room 4007) and it was perfect for us because we love fun and ther...

arrived late at night and was handed a not very fresh roll, nowhere else avaliable to get anything to eat. first impressions of hotel grounds were good nice and tidy. we had booked a standard room but given a family room(5805) had a bottle of wine and fruit basket on arrival, all in all it was more than adequate for 2 adults and 1 child. fresh towels everyday and the cleaners came in every day. beds were ok but sheets were really itchy. shower was quite nice. of all thr meals breakfast was the worse in my opinion defo catered for other nationalities more than british, lunch and dinner were about the same always something edible but not great, apart from the fresh bread that was cooked, bloody gorgeous. major downside were the cats wondering in and out of the restaurant. i cant comment on the kids club or other entertainment as we didnt use them, for me 9pm is a bit late for a childrens disco that only lasts 30 mins, but from other guests we were friendly with we didnt miss anything special. then funfair was ok but if youve got a daredevil child its all a bit slow motion. the pools were clean and not overly busy you could always get a sunbed even if you went out after lunch. the beach was ok,lost of rubbish a ciggie ends but it killed 2 hours of someting diffferent. tried to get our free turkish bath but the man just tried to push all the other services 60 euro for a massage, when we said we only wanted the free he did get a tad rude and made up reasons why we couldnt have one, i for example have a scar on my arm so i couldnt have one, baffling! there a a few shops just outside the complex and to the left up a slight hill, is ok for litlle bit of tat 2 tl for magnets and things but if you want the clothes/bags you gotta haggle hard as the sellers really want your hard earned cash haha, i manaed to get a bag for 15tl originally was asking 80tl!! in most of the shops things are priced in euro and when we said lira price was generally x3. overall we had a good time and would return, and i would reccomend if you can get a decent price!

Room Tip: we asked for pool view ground floor and got a family room

We stayed in a garden room which was good, no bath just shower. The television was about 40 years old but we didn't want to watch. It is a big place with 3 pools and one area had the rooms with private small pool attached then access to the bigger pool, brilliant for families. There were loads of children there mostly German and French and we being British wasn't spoken to much at all. The dining room was manic at meal times with everyone queuing before it opened. There was a young persons area for food and seating but they didn't bother with it and ran around the main room. We went in later on to avoid all this. Food is served all afternoon by the bar, only one bar in this huge place. The food was a mixture but lots of salads which were good.

We arrived around midnight and received a dry cob and got offered soup which wasn't any better!
Overall the food was poor. Only good thing about the food was that it's cooked fresh but you do have to wait a while for a table and cutlery during the busy times which in may surprised me how busy it was.
There wasn't many English people at all and the hotel staff spoke poor English. Our Thompson rep wasn't very good either, we seen her once during our stay and my questions weren't answered.
Hotel was very clean and rooms were done everyday with fresh towels.
Pools were spotless too. Only downside is the slides are only open 10-12 and 3-5(I was told 2-4)
Entertainment was boring and with nothing else near by and with a 2 year old we didn't leave the hotel at night so got stuck with the boring entertainment.
Beach Is ok, can't walk anywhere nice and the pictures on the website and in the brochures look nothing like the real thing (pictures being 10x better)
Funfair was good when in was open, 8-8.45, 45 mins doesn't seem long enough!!!
Playgrounds are lovely and well kept. Didn't use the kids club as my child wasn't old enough but I wouldn't have anyway as there were no English kids in there. Seemed to be a very Dutch and German hotel. Trying to resolve problems at the reception seemed pointless as lack of English got no issues sorted. Out room was ok but a bit on the small side and tv had no English channels!! Wifi was completely rubbish!! Slow when it was working!! Couldn't get it in to room either. Weather wasn't on our side, it rained and it was cold which leaves nothing to do in the hotel as everything is all outdoors and nothing to entertain indoors other than foreign tv in your room!! The attitude if the guy in the massage place was terrible, I wanted a Turkish bath and he was trying to up sell everything! Pushing us to have things we didn't want and when we said no he turned rude!! Who wants to pay €60 for a massage when I wanted a Turkish bath!!! We never got the Turkish bath we wanted. Overall I'd give the hotel itself a 8/10 good 2/10 and service 0/10
Wouldn't come back here nor recommend.

I would like to apologize for the series of unfortunate incidences that you experienced during your stay with us. Adverse weather conditions and less of a closed area in our holiday village, did not respond to your holiday expectations. We continually try to do our best for all of our guests.
I will look into each issue that you have noted, in an attempt to correct and improve our hotel.

Again, we are sorry that your first experience with Ephesia Holiday Beach Club was not a good one, but invite you to give us another try. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to improve and provide a better experience.

Spent a total of four nights here during a February (beat the Cornish weather!) touring holiday. It's a large place, popular with tour groups, but having more than adequate rooms, with small bath and shower in the en-suites and modern flat screen LCD TV. Staff were helpful and friendly and whilst the restaurant was very busy and noisy in the evening, the food choice was very good, with something to please nearly everybody. Drinks orders were taken and served promptly. Breakfast was also very good, with a reasonable selection of cereals, and fried eggs.

The hotel wifi struggled under the weight of usage, and sometimes didnt work at all in the room, which was disappointing. Also, being in a winter touring group, we were allocated the even-numbered rooms which faced another hotel's brick wall, but a glimpse of sea view from the very small balcony.

The hotel is located on a section of beach, about 10 minutes drive from Kusadasi, but in a quiet neighbourhood full of (vacant) second homes. Nice sunsets over Samos

Room Tip: Ask for sea-facing odd-numbered room...
