What a brilliant find! DEFINITELY the best hotel in Kusadasi!
Accommodation: Our room was lovely - clean, nice bathroom, pool view, very modern. The only thing I would say is that it was booked for 3 adults (3 friends) and the room was a bit small with an extra bed put in. I know they have family rooms so it would have been nice to have had a bit more space but that didn't ruin anything.
Food: Fresh and plentiful! Very nice food indeed and you could NEVER go hungry. It would have been nice for the reception team to possibly point out where everything is on arrival as we didn't realise there was food served by the other pool for lunch until our 3rd day in.
Staff: Damla Ventura - the guest service manager is wonderful! Friendly, helpful and bubbly personality. There was also a blonde lady working on the bar in the foyer who was super friendly and a few waiters and the shop man but on the whole the ONLY thing I would say let the hotel down in the slightest, is the staff. Most of the time you felt as if you were inconveniencing them. They may not have spoken english but a smile is a universal language. The one night we had to wait 1.5 hours for a toilet roll - and this was 11pm so I cant imagine they were that busy. We had to call reception 3 times. The day before we left there must have been management or owners in as the service stepped up ten fold. I want to stress this is not a complaint as it really didnt dampen our holiday in the least but being in hospitality for so many years myself - customer service is always something I notice.
Spa - Where do i start - AMAZING! My friends and I had a Turkish bath and 2 massages whilst we stayed. The 2 gentlemen (cant remember their names sadly) were truly amazing. My sister is an excellent massage therapist and they gave her a run for her money. Their hands are magical and knowledge outstanding. Definitely a must!
Hairdresser - He is brilliant too. My friend and I only had a blow dry with him and he was very good and lovely to talk too. If you dont take you own hair dryer you may want to pay him a visit as the dryers in the room are not great.
Grounds: ALWAYS clean. So lovely to see!! The pier is pure bliss. Lying there surrounded by the sea is so relaxing and when too hot - jump straight in to the water for a cool down. Ahhhh, I miss that pier!!!! I will say - get there early if you want a good spot.
What was also so lovely about the hotel is that they were busy but we never felt as though it was crowded with people invading your personal space.
Overall - fantastic stay, a couple of minor tweaks but nothing major. The hotel really looks like their professional photos which is a rare thing. I believe they are under new management or owners and I wish them all the luck. Again a big THANK YOU to every at Le Bleu who made our stay memorable.
