The hotel is not the 5 star it claims to be, but it is a decent and OK place to stay. It was mostly Turkish families and Asian tourists that came in buses who stayed at the hotel...
Pros:
-Very nice, long and sandy beach
-Good size room, nice views of the Aegean from the balcony
-Large selection of food, you cannot go hungry
-Clean
-Nice big pool (the sea was pretty cold and it was windy, so we swam in the pool more than the sea)
-Free beach towels

OKs:
-The "water park" is a set of three water slides that stop running at 5 pm
-The only option is "all-inclusive" package during summer months

Cons:
-The air conditioning is centralized, and it works only when you are in the room and put the room key in the slot. So it takes at least an hour of staying in the room to get it to a comfortable temperature
-The mattress, sheets and bed are rather old, not what you would expect at a 5-star hotel
-Terrible soda and juice drinks
-Billiards/air hockey room not usable in practice (it was terribly stuffy and there was no personnel in charge)
-The minibar and bottled water prices are unacceptably high. There are water dispensers in several locations but you are not supposed to take food/drinks to your room. So what I am supposed to do when thirsty at my room? I filled my water bottle from the dispensers feeling kind of weird and it was uncomfortable (although nobody said anything)...

The air conditioning was a big turn-off for us, and the main reason we do not consider going back there, despite the beautiful beach and pool/sea. If it claimed to be a 3 or 4 star hotel with reasonable prices, I would give it a much higher rating...

Room Tip: Most rooms have a nice view of the Aegean, check with the hotel to get one with a nice view on one of the upper floors.

Very average and the value overall not worth the money. Rooms are clean but the bed, pillows very old and uncomfortable. The food seems to have many options but the taste/ quality is low. We wouldn't come again.

Not sure about the price as I came on a tour package but I certainly like the hotel. You can admire the Aegean Sea from the room balcony, thus it is within walking distance. The Aegean Sea with its water so clear and blue, makes you feel peaceful and calm. However, there will be no ventilation in the room during summer, so be careful with leaving the balcony open. I killed 4 mozzies in one night.

Free wifi if you want to connect on a few hot spot (not in our room)
Service was ok but why charge for the spa and steam room?
The breakfast very good and clean restaurant, you must pay for any type of drinks during dinner though

Room Tip: Ask for all inclusive prices

We expected a fairly decent stay based on the reviews here. Unfortunately, the aircond didn't work since we checked in @ 7pm till we left the next morning @ 930am. The reception staff didn't even have the courtesy to inform us during our check in about this. When we called from our rooms to enquire, we were told that the airconds were not fuctioning with no apology or explanation. It was a very warm nite and most of us had to endure the heat and stuffy room as opening the balcony doors meant letting the mosquitoes in. The poor breakfast the next day only made our experience with the hotel even worse. The only saving grace was the clean room and quiet beach.
