The tour company booked an excellent hotel for my one night in Cappadocia! I had a room downstairs with two beds and a sofa. The space was just lovely - clean, spacious, functional, and very welcoming. The bathroom was ok. Only downside was that I didn't know how to use the ancient looking key - had quite a bit of trouble opening and locking the door.
The owner was very hospitable and he suggested that I enjoy a cultural night at this cave restaurant at the nearby town center, where I certainly had quite an interesting time. He drove me to the restaurant at 6 in the evening and came back to fetch me personally around midnight. I also had the chance to meet a fellow-Filipina who was just about to start working at Katpatuka Cave Hotel. She made my stay even homier.
I wish I had stayed longer but all things granted it had been a nice time in Cappadocia. I definitely recommend and would certainly come back if I had the chance!More
