We stayed here from May 23rd-26th. We were extremely pleased with our choice of cave :). I had sent email communications prior to the trip that were answered efficiently. One example of such communication that I wanted to make note of is the fact that I was trying to book a flight through SunExpress from Cappadocia > Izmir and due to the fact that SunEXpress did not accept International credit cards I could not book online. Since I had been in contact with Mustafa I mentioned to him my challenge and he put me in contact with someone that could help me - and even offered that if I didn't have luck with his contact that he could book it himself.
Airport transfers were arranged through the hotel (additional cost) but was well worth the fact that we did not have to personally coordinate these. Any excursions were also booked through the hotel (Butterfly Balloons were recommended by the hotel and it was the highlight of the trip).
Room - the room was HUGE!!! a sitting room, a bedroom, and an enormous bathroom (with great water pressure). The room also was very museum like, as they designed it to replicate a traditional cave house (of you go to the Open Air Museum you will notice the similarities). It stays cool in the cave, so my only suggestion is to make sure that you have a sweatshirt for evenings ( I was a little chilly) - if you want a fire in your cave it is 10 euros. Extremely clean.
Location - 5 minute walk to get into town. Mustafa offered to drive us to the open air museum (which is a 30min walk max). Every other excursion seem to provide transportation for you so location is a non-issue.
Breakfast - there was a good variety of foods available. They were also making other "family recipes" (spinach pastry) that they would have us try. On our last day we had to leave the hotel at 6:30am and they had prepared a breakfast for us to take with us.
I cannot say enough about the hospitality that everyone showed us while staying here at Aydinli - they even did our laundry for us so that we could maximize our time exploring the area that they call home.
