Despite the fact that the owners of this restaurant don't know how to correctly spell the name of their restaurant as "A la Turca" (they spell it several ways such as Alaturka, A'laturka, . . ) the food, the ambiance and service were exceptional. We were served quality local Cappadocia specialties including several well-prepared appetizers. Dinning there, after spending a day exploring the fascinating old Christian cave churches and unique landscape was a memorable experience.
