“Crazy Bathroom”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 March 2014

We arrived early after a 10 hour overnight bus and had around 2 hours before our scheduled tour begins. They have a communal bathroom with shared sinks, shower and toilets for us to freshen up. As it was super cold we just freshened up with a quick teeth brush and face washing. Breakfast was 10 TL as we were not entitled before checking in for the day, reasonable to us. In the evening checked in to room 8, very comfortable especially the bathroom. It was super big with 2 shower head and excellent water pressure with warm water. Had the best shower ever on the entire Turkey trip. Our room had a portable heater which was helpful. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

My stay at the Flintstones Hotel was awesome. The rooms are beautiful and are just like staying in a cave but with all the modern facilities. I was there in the winter and the floor heating was the best. Super comfy beds and I have to say the shower was the most amazing shower I have ever been in! The staff are all very friendly and always willing to help you and answer any questions. The breakfast was delicious. Usually when breakfast is included I expect some bread and cereal but this breakfast has a menu that you choose from with a variety of dishes. The location of this hotel is great as it is a two minute walk to the centre of town. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was awesome. They are really friendly especially the hotel manager Mehmet. We stayed here for two nights. The restaurant has a special atmosphere, books, tv, stove, pool etc. Breakfast was good.

Room Tip: Second floor is okey, there is view. Number of 21.th room was awesome.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and all spoke English very well. We were able to park our car off the street. Breakfast was delicious. Room was gorgeous, and the bathroom was awesome! Double shower with great water pressure and HOT water. Enjoyed our three night stay there very much.

We were excited to make our first trip to Göreme and decided to stay here after a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. We traveled in December and it was cold, that was to be expected, but the rooms were very cold. The decor of the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable so long as you were in them. The breakfast room was freezing and you could see our breath while we were eating. They did offer space heaters but that hardly affected anything. The breakfast was included and was average at best. The overall service was ok. The owner did not seem too interested in talking or interacting but his assistant, a gal from Australia, was very warm and kind, we were thankful for her.

Room Tip: I would suggest bringing a space heater if traveling over the winter months because the rooms were v...

Mehmet, Young Okan and Ilmaz made our stay very worthwhile. The room was amazing, spacious and like a fairy tale venue with a bathroom as big as most of the rooms we stayed in Turkey! The breakfast and the room it was served in was great and the design of the the entire hotel was lovely. The price was very cheap. We were quoted a price of 100 liars per night but on request the rate was dropped to a mere 80 liars per night! What made this place even more special was the fact that they drove and picked us up from our restaurants and to and from the nearby bus station as well as arranging our hot air balloon trip and all other tours. They made our stay in Cappadocia the most memorable in our entire trip! Thank you guys! No doubt the best value for money place in the entire Goreme that also offers luxury! They even have their own bedroom slippers!

The staff was friendly and gave us sound advice until the our last day. In order to arrange transport to the airport they insisted upon us giving them our flight number so they would check the accuracy of our flight schedule. So they made a telephone call, at the end of which we were told by the hotel receptionist that our flight would leave 2 hours early and they arranged our transport accordingly.
As we had a very short holiday, every hour counted, so the changed flight schedule meant that we couldn't visit the Göreme Open Air Museum before our departure as planned.
So as all other worthwhile activities needed even more time, our only option was to stroll around the village of Göreme aimlessly (something we had already done).
We arrived at Kayseri airport, only to find out that there had never been a question of our flight leaving earlier!!!!
Why then had we been told so by the hotel people? In order to group us with guests taking earlier flights?
I don't know the answer, but I do know that our last day was ruined not only by preventing us from doing the things we had planned to do on that day,
but also by the fact of having to spend an extra 2 and a half hours at Kayseri airport (instead of a 2 and a half hour walk around the fairy chimneys).
