Really fascinating to experience how good comfort you can get in a cave. In fact there is very little cavefeeling but more of modern comfort. We stayed tree nights here and enjoyed it very much. The room was quite comfortable with beds made for good sleeping and bathroom in fully modern style. Temperature inside the caveroom was pleasant. Could have been a bit more space to store the suitcases but it was not a big problem. Veli Maden, the student in service, was very helpful with information, made us good omelettes in the mornings, helped us to arrange a marvellous balloontour in the early morning, although we decided late in the evening and later drove us to the busstation when we were leaving. VezirCave Suites is nicely situated a bit up in the hill, just enough for a comfortable walk from Göreme small center but enough high to offer a lovely view of the landscape in the evening. We would really like to return here another time. This place is excellent for exploring Cappadocia with e.g. Turkish Heritage Travel, the agency we used and were very pleased with.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for 5days on our recent trip to Turkey. The room was lovely the view was spectacular and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you have a problem with stairs ask for a lower room but otherwise the stairs are worth it to have the spectacular view of the town and the balloons each morning if you are inclined to hop out of the cosy beds early enough to see.

Room Tip: top rooms are wonderful with spectacular views

The Vezir Cave Suites were just plain fun because it is built into the side of the mountain. But besides that, the hotel rooms are nice, cozy, large, clean, and have big beautiful bathrooms. Upon our arrival, we were told there was a mistake in our booking, our double was not available, so they put us in another room and said it was free of charge for the night until they moved us to the double room. We would not have even known and the room they put us in was even bigger anyway. That was good business.
The staff, all young guys, were polite, very helpful with hotel and information about the area.
The breakfast included was actually the best I had in Turkey for a hotel breakfast.
I cannot rave enough about the hotel. We watched hot air balloons from our window and just had good ambience and location. Just fyi, it is a 5 min walk downhill to 'downtown Goreme', but very quiet where its situated.

In a few words I'd sum Vezir up as the most perfect and comfortable hotel I've probably ever stayed in, and all this in a cave. A cave. The latter of course makes it extremely cool (and an experience you can't miss in Cappadocia) but it's the former that really distinguishes it from the other cave hotels in Goreme. For starters the welcome and ambience are both warm and professional in the same breath, with friendly attentive staff who want nothing more than for you to feel relaxed and at home. The rooms themselves are stylish and retain the perfect blend of modern fixtures with an ageless and gentle architectural style. Coffee and tea complementary in the room, plush robes and a very comfortable bed make it hard to leave in the morning but extremely welcoming on return from a day's hiking and exploring of the Cappadocian lunar wonderland. Classic antique furniture included a wooden carved desk so you can catch up on your travel journal or jot down a few well wishes for the postcards home (wish you were here...!). Certainly the best night's sleep in Turkey. Peaceful, picturesque, professional. Well done Vezir!

My mouth opened widely when I first entered the room. The room in this cave hotel is very luxuries and it is very clean. The bathroom is extraordinary and very luxuries with a bubble bath. I almost wanted to spent all my time in the hotel instead of explore the environment. The service is the best, he always asked us if we wanted 'menemen' for breakfast, if not if we wanted something else. They helped us with arranging tours or something else. It was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Göreme!

I liked the hotel location in the town of goreme. It included breakfast and free WI FI. The owner was nice to us. The only problem we had was that we had booked in through expedia and at the last minute the owner told us that we had to pay for the 2 nights, which we thought we had already paid for through expedia. And the taxi was waiting for us to catch our flight, so we were trying to arrange that at the last minute. If you are staying there, everything is great, just arrange and pay for the room a day before you leave. Youv have a GREAT view of the balloons from the rooms.....we saw about 20 balloons flying at the same time...SPECTACULAR!
