“Wonderful Food and Service”
Reviewed 6 June 2014

Great food, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings inside and out. Go for lunch or supper. If you stay at the Sultan Cave Suites you get their copious and delicious breakfast spread included in your room rate.

“Something different”
Reviewed 5 June 2014

Beautiful restaurant with a menu that provided variety. Relaxing and enjoyable evening. When they asked us if we would mind moving to the terrace because they needed the table, our dinner companion jokingly commented about it. They were so nice and gracious and immediately offered us all free drinks. Totally unnecessary, wonderful jester and much appreciated.

Definitely make a effort to eat here but make reservations.

“Very tasty”
Reviewed 5 June 2014

We were staying at nearby Koza Cave suites and they recommended Sedef. It was a delicious meal in an elegant setting. A bit pricy but very high quality food.

“Overrated”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

We went here based on the positive reviews and the NYTimes mention of the restaurant but were disappointed with the experience. This was definitely the worst of the many meals that we had in the region. The food sounds authentic but is not made with care. Everything we had was either overcooked, lacked salt or had too much sauce. The servers are not invested in providing a positive experience for the guests either. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the hills. When we asked if we can be seated at one of the many free tables outside our wish was turned down.
Definitely not worth it. Go explore one of the many other delicious restaurants in the vicinity.
