We took king house and were surprise with nice decor, spacious room, very clean, good breakfast and very nice staff. Everything was perfect except the wifi signal sometimes did not work from our room. We took royal balloon flight on second day and we had bucket of fruit the next day. Such a nice compliment. We wanted to rent a car to go to underground city, and they let us use the hotel car with reasonable price. Owner and hotel staff hospitality are the best. We surely will stay here again if we visit Goreme in future!

I visited Cappadocia for a few weeks after completing the Lycian Trail walk, and this was one of my most enjoyable places to stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished and spacious with whirlpool tubs and good views of Goreme. There is a generous breakfast bar. The hosts are one of Turkey's best known hotel owners, justly famous for the excellence of their customer relations, and they could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Try the balloon ride while you are there.

Room Tip: The rooms on the upper floors have better views

We chose this place for our winter break. Cappadocia is scenic in December as well and despite sever cold we could do sightseeing and indulge in activities like Hot Air Balloon ride. We chose this place for comfort and we were pleasently taken away by not only the comfort, but cleanliness and decor of this place, so remote from a city. The floor heating worked superb, the bedding was comfortable and clean, the bathrooms were big. We were also surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the way that helped us organize our own tours instead of taking any of the standard ones. We were 4 adults and 1 child and had booked two rooms and wanted to organize our own tours. The owner sat down with us and planned the days of activities for us and then his staff organized a van for us for each day. We got the local and tourist tips from the staff that were most helpful. We would like to thank the owners and the staff for the pleasant stay in Cappadocia.
This place is probably the best Hot Air Balloon ride organizers as well. This is a very well managed and safe operation and we didnt go to any cheaper alternatives in the town and are happy to have taken the ride with them.

Satisfied with the queen room we had & the price is much more cheaper than hotels in istanbul & bursa. Breakfast is quite variety & the staffs are also friendly. Nice room & environment. ;D
Even Martha Stewart stayed in here on her visit, u can see her pic & signature at their breakfast hall.
Planning to stay here again on the next visit!

i found this hotel on booking and got the last single room. it was really cheap so i didn't expect too much. but i was totally surprised when i got there. Despite a single room, it was large and the bathroom was particularly spacious, given that it was just a single room. The facilities were great! free coffee and tea in rooms (lots of hotels where i stayed in turkey even did not have mineral water or tea pots. i had to buy a bottle of water everyday in convenient stores nearby...it really bothered me a lot! ). they also provided fresh fruits in the stairwell. you could enjoy them for free :) the staff were really friendly and helpful. the guy whose last name is Tolga was really interesting and considerate. He prepared tea for me when i sat in the lobby writing essays. (a cup of tea generally costs 2-4 liras depending on different restaurants). Other people here were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave me a ride for free to the bus station to buy the ticket for Istanbul. Knowing that i couldn't speak Turkish, they even wrote all the information down on a piece of paper so that i only needed to show it to the ticket agency without saying anything :)
all in all, although it was the cheapest one i had in Turkey, it was the best one! much better than the more expensive ones, literally!

Room Tip: if you travel alone, definitely choose the single room. it is beyond your expectations.
