“Great service and very helpful staff”
Reviewed 29 May 2012

We stayed at Goreme Inn in April 2012. It's a beautiful new hotel in Goreme. The breakfast was very good, the room beautiful and everything was designed with great taste. The staff helped us not only in things pertaining our stay with them but with so many more things. They literally were there for us anytime. The only thing I missed here was being in a cave, like some other hotels in the area.

The hotel is newly built and nicely decorated with huge bathroom and balcony. I strongly recommand everyone book their trip with the reception, those guys are very helpful and they offer us best value private trip, also for the balloon trip, we got 20eur for the best company in town. When we were there, the weather force us to stay at the hotel for 2 days, but it's still a pleasant trip to Goreme, the best thing there is to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view in front of you.
we will be back again, and ture will stay Goreme inn for the second time!

Room Tip: we stayed in the second floor, we can access to the balcony through our window, nice room

The hotel is great because of its most excellent staff. Mr.Chetin deserves the best raise ever for his most gracious hospitality. it is better than a five star. I was a solo traveller and Mr. Chetin helped me organise all the internal tours.stayed here for 3 nights. the rooms were spacious and the best one i stayed in because i later travelled to \pamukkale and to \istanbul where the rooms were nothing in comparison. I highly recommend this hotel very highly. if you haven't stayed in Goreme Inn hotel you haven't experienced cappadocia. How can i forget Onur,Mr. Chetin's able assistant always so cheerful. Way to go guys !!!!! Keep up the good service!!!!!

Room Tip: I chose a superior double room. totally worth it!!!!

This hotel stands out in my mind due to the excellent service by the staff. If it weren't for the top quality service, this would be another small hotel trying to survive. From the time we booked on line until we left after three nights, the level of service never faltered.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was typical eastern European. Delicious, only don't expect a western omlette.
Only complaint was that the S trap was missing from the shower. Sewer gases kept the WC in a foul aroma.
Would I return, you bet.

Room Tip: Rooms starting in the 200 series.

This hotel is hardly shy of incredible. The staff are friendly, accommodating and treated my friend and I like princesses. If you've ever considered travelling to Cappadocia you must do it and you must stay here! It's worth every penny. Highly, highly recommend. The Goreme Inn would give the Ritz Carlton a run for their money.

Room Tip: Any room is a good one.

We stayed here, i.e. me, my husband and our 5 month old on vacation to Cappadocia. This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in so far, i booked it basis the reviews i read on trip advisor and i must say it has totally lived up to my expectations. Its within 100 euros per night and totally worth it. We stayed 3 nights in all and loved every minute of it. The staff are generous and very receptive to the needs of the guest, Chetin (manager at the reception) was always there to help us book tours and encouraged me to take the hot-air balloon ride (which i'm glad i took basis his recommendation), he also organized a private tour for us in the best possible price suiting our needs considering we had a baby. Suggested we go see the whirling dervishes which was awesome (they provide a baby-sitting service as well). Also set up a separate bed for our baby. Onur, another very friendly person at the reception was a great help as well, always smiling and assisting us during our stay. They also suggested us a really good and affordable place to eat called the "Cappadocia Cuisine" which is walking distance from the hotel and has the best traditional food and again with the most friendly staff ever!
The best part about the hotel was that it has a cave-like feel to it because it is built like Armenian houses, but its NOT a cave hence it suits everyone (people with claustrophobia of caves); i believe this is the reason why its so clean and tidy as well and has no lose wires or stuff hanging which was the case with many other hotels i saw on my way in Cappadocia. They also include breakfast in the price and let me tell you its very good compared to the cost of it.
The decor of the hotel is fantastic ( i regret that i totally forgot to take a tour of the hotel which is a must see), rooms are very spacious and very tastefully decorated giving a cave-feel (although we were in standard one, i'm wondering how good the suites must be), bathrooms are big in size and clean. The only issue i has was they don't provide an Iron and iron stand in the room, so clothes have to be given in their laundry, but that may not be a big preference for most people. Overall a great stay, will go there again!

I stayed in the hotel 2 months ago and finally gonna provide some info to travellers.
The hotel is located in the center of the small town it is within walking distance to shops stores and travel agency and restaurants.

The lobby is decorated with Kappadocia traditional art pieces. Looks a like mini musuem of local historical objects. All rooms are spacious and had a wonderful view. You can see the fairy chimneys through the windows and even hot air balloons floating in the sky. The hotel has a big terrace on the top of the building it must be perfect to have dinner on the terrace in summer time.

The hotel is very new just built half a year ago so it has good facilities. They even provide electronic kettle for guests which are rarely seen in many hotels. TV has more than 500 channels so I was totally amazed!

What impress me is the kindness of the hotel staff. I didnt have too many ideas of what to see and what activities to do before I came to Goreme. The hotel manager Mr Arik help me arrange all activities of my 3 days in Goreme. I really enjoy the 3 days in goreme with his advice and help. Horse-riding along the lakes, hot air balloon in the morning, Turkish nights amazing traditional turkish dancing and belly dancing at night. What tourists cant miss is the hiking through the valleys of this area. You never get bored when in Goreme.

Hope this review may help other tourists decide which hotel to choose in Goreme. I think summer would be the best season for all activities in Kappadocia and I will soon come to this small town and stay in this hotel again. The staff make you feel like be with long time friends.

Room Tip: rooms on 3nd floor has the best view of fairy chimney and hot air balloons.
