We had stayed many nights at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. It was a very peaceful place even though it was at a walkable distance of the city center. We had very good and very big (!) breakfasts in the morning and Osman was doing his best everytime to make it perfect and make sure we were not missing anything. The room was quite large and the bathroom was very spacious and modern. We really loved the owners and they really gave us the best hospitality they could.
The only thing that surprised us a bit is that even though the room was very clean, we never had any 'cleaning' done during our stay. Might be simply the way they do it in this place...

We have stayed for 2 nights at Vineyard Cave hotel. The hotel is run by it owner Mr Hassan and his family. The hotel is within walking distance from groeme town ( city centre) .The room is well decorated, clean and very comfortable .The surronding is very peaceful. Our daily breakfast are served at roof top with allow us to oversee the surronding area. The meal is cook by his wife and he himself make a good omelet. We love your omelet -HASSAN.

Mr Hassan is a friendly person and try his best to make our stay a pleasant one. We were very touch with his sincerenity , especially in one occassion where he actually look for us to offer a private tour ,to see the sunset but we were unvailable as we had made other arragement with our hired tour agent and time limitation. However ,he did brought us to see a nice panaorama view on our last day there. THANKS HASSAN.....

We highly recomend his hotel for those who plan to visit Cappadocia and stay in cave hotel.

On other note, he also can be your tourist guide and make other arragement within the area for you

Had a great night in this cave hotel. The area looks like a different planet with all the tuff hills. At night the atmosphere is fantastic. Evening prayers from the mosques, starry, unpoluted skies. Great meditteranean food. Everything to do in the area can be arranged from the hotel. Owners helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: If you want a better view, book on the top floor.

We have booked in Vineyard Cave Hotel and we have been very comfortable there thanks to the son's owner, Osman, always trying to make our staying as good as possible.
Rooms are quiet and very well decorated. Clean and roomy.
Very well situated near the city centre.
The hotel has a terrace with good views and the breakfast is very nice, with personal attention paid by Osman.

The personal attention paid by the owners is really a great value to stay in this hotel and we recomend it without hesitation

This is one of the few hotels where the management (incidentally ran by a family, mainly the wonderful father-son team of Hasan and Osman) actually cares about making our stay a memorable one. The room itself was comfortable and clean but it only warrants four stars for me as I have an issue with the water draining VERY slowly from the shower, and you can't stay too long unless you like to see your feet under water. What made it five stars was the service, the kind helpfulness, the willingness to go the extra mile to make us happy. The night we arrived was really cold for me (I hadn't adjusted to the temperature and was shivering) and the family brought in a huge heater to warm us and the room up. When my husband wanted to hire a motorbike for a day, Osman went with him to negotiate a better price. When we wanted to explore Goreme Open Air museum, Osman drove us there and when it started to rain heavily about 2 hours later, he came back to look for us as he worried that we would be stuck there! He also drove us to the bus station on the night we departed. Both the father and son were always helpful and informative, but what we really appreciated was that they were never pushy, and our comfort was their priority.

Room Tip: Write to Hasan or Osman and ask him for the room you want (you can check their website for pictures...

So sleeping in a cave is kind of special. I mean it doesn't happen often, at all. This hotel doesn't look quite cavish. In fact, from the outside, you wouldn't suspect anything, but once you go in, you immediately feel the difference. It is much cooler inside. For someone who'd expect a regular hotel room, you will be pleasantly surprised that the room is as comfortable as a 4 star hotel room in any other city, but this time, in a cave. So be comfortable and have a tea in the salon or the living room sitting on cushions. The hotel staff is really professional and helpful. If you have any request or question, don't hesitate to ask them for help, they'll try their best to help you with your trip there. The breakfast is super super good. You can ask for refill of jams or have more than one drink, something I was not really used to before I travelled to Turkey. Wake up early to watch hot air balloon flying above your head. You will still be impressed by their gigantic size even if you kind of know what a hot air balloon looks like. Basically, it was a wonderful stay.
