“Memorable stay in Cappadocia”

This one was certainly by far the best hotel we stayed in last few years of travelling in different countries.
The hotel is conviniently located 5 minutes from the town center and has stunning views of the Goreme valley and Uchisar Castle. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully designed keeping the local traditions in mind. You get most modern luxuries in a cave setting. The family works hard to ensure that rooms are well kept and absolutelly clean.
The delicious and sumptuous breakfast is served on roof terrace with great views of balloons over the valley in the morning. The homemade ezme, cheese, honey, fruits and omlette( hassan makes it really well) are offered with great love. It makes perfect sense to travel to Vineyard to enjoy the breakfast alone.
Hassan took to us private half day trip and told us many stories to introduce to local traditions and customs etc. He is very humerous and adopts his iteniery according your tastes ,time.
Osman is alawys there when you need him and offers good tips and information to make your holiday comfirtable.
When they say "Our home is your home" they literally mean it.I would reccomend this as "Absolute must" for anyone visiting Turkey .

Stayed here in late October 2012. I agree with all of the positive feedback on the great customer service, and the super breakfast! Can't fault father and son for their service. They were able to accomodate some of our unique requests - Thank you. All i can really add is that the rooms are large, a little basic, but it is a cave hotel, and the bathrooms large and luxurious. The rooms have fridges, and TV with 100+ channels. Each room has a slightly different character, and we learned that 2 of the 8 rooms have jacuzzi baths - would have been nice to know that at the time of booking. The other rooms have showers. Rooms were comfortably cool, and beds were comfortable with lovely thick duvet. Also free wifi is available in all rooms. If you're staying here then you're probably planning a bus tour. We did 2 tours and the buses picked us up from the hotel door around 9:15-9:30. The hotel is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Goreme centre, so no problem with the location.

Room Tip: Ask if jacuzzi bath is available

What a wonderful place to stumble on, thank goodness I had 3 nights there. It was so enjoyable. The rooms were very large and clean. Biggest bathroom. I arrived early morning and was able to enjoy a wonderful breakfast (my best in Turkey!!). Fresh fruits, breads, jams, eggs, juices, tea/coffee - yummy. Then Osman offered to take me for a short tour to see things not on my itinerary. Another night he also took a few of us up to the lookout (definitely worthwhile to see at sunset). Hasan and Osman were welcoming, genuine in their care and happy to answer questions and advise on places to go etc. I only found out the last night of my stay that they also could have done a tour with me - if only I'd have known that sooner, I would have taken them up on that in a heartbeat.
The other thing I liked was that I was able to say that I didn't need my room serviced everyday. That meant that everything was exactly how I had left it.
If you want spacious rooms, a breakfast with taste and an excellent view (balcony on the 3rd floor), friendly service, wifi and the opportunity to organise a private tour then look no further. This really was my own bit of luxury in Turkey.

Vineyard offers a lot. Well situated near the center, you get large rooms with all the amenities. Hasan and his son Osman are ready anytime to offer advice and even guide you to the hidden beauties. Breakfast is substantial and Hasan's omelet is not to miss. All in all, a fantastic stay in a fantastic region.

My wife & I had three nights with Hasan,Osman & their family & really enjoyed the experience. Osman was extremely obliging in helping to arrange a balloon flight. He also gave us good advice on where to go, what to see & where to eat. Hasan took us for a half-day tour which was very enjoyable. Our room was very spacious (2 rooms actually) & having wifi, fridge & tea making facilities made it just like home. Breakfast was great & we would definitely recommend Vineyard Cave to anyone going to Goreme.

Our accommodation at the Vineyard Cave Hotel in Goreme was organised for us by Chora Travel and we couldn't have been happier with this choice. What a delightful surprise! It is a small family run boutique hotel with excellent well-appointed rooms and with service to match. Both externally and internally the hotel is a delight and very much reflects what it is that has made the Cappadocia region a must for all travellers to Turkey. Our room was more than generous in size and indeed had 2 bedrooms as well as a lavish bathroom. Hassan and Osman are the perfect hosts who are more than willing to look after your every requirement and who give freely of their knowledge of local restaurants, activities and attractions. The hotel is ideally situated and is but a short stroll to the centre of the town. Indeed, the rooftop terrace where your plentiful and delicious breakfast is served has stunning views over the town and the surrounding countryside. It is also a great vantage spot from which you can enjoy watching the morning balloon flights. The Vineyard Cave Hotel ticks all the right boxes and is highly recommended by our group of four adults who enjoyed 3 wonderful days here.

Room Tip: I believe that all rooms are of an equal high standard.
