We have stayed in various places in Turkey, starting from Istanbul and ending in Goreme, Cappadocia. We stayed over in 6 different hotels during our trip
(in June 2014) and I guess we really saved the best for last! The service, rooms and location were excellent. Great views from the terrace where breakfast is served and where you can enjoy the morning views of the hot air balloons. I'd recommend that you book your balloon flights and whirling dervishes through Osman (the host). Osman and Ismail really made this stay special. Great service is rare to come by, so thank you guys for all your hospitality and for being such awesome hosts.

Wow, where do I start? Was it the magic of Goreme, our gracious host Osman, the food, the experiences.....it was all perfect. Our room was on the second floor at the front. It was very comfortable, large separate bedroom and an entrance room which was great to spread out in. We didn't spend much time in our room though, too much to do. Breakfast and snacks are served on the rooftop with an amazing view of Goreme, great food - sweetest tomatoes I've ever tasted and the figs were a real treat. Osman has two speeds, fast and even faster! He was incredibly helpful, even drove us to Uschisar so we could walk 'down' rather than trudging up the hill as we had done the previous day, bit hot for that. He also drove us to Zelve and came back to pick us up a few hours later. All part of the service he insisted with a smile. Unfortunately Osman's father was away, so neither he nor Osman were available to do a full day tour. Osman did organise one with another guide, but, well... I'd recommend you only do it with Osman or his father:) Osman also booked our Balloon Flight with Butterfly Balloons, my husband wasn't keen, doesn't like heights, but I convinced him and it was definitely a 'highlight' of our trip. I cannot recommend more highly staying at Vineyard Cave Hotel - I couldn't fault it in any way. Thank you so much Osman for making our stay a perfect one:)

Our family of five visited this spectacular area and the Vineyard Cave Hotel helped make the experience an outstanding one. The owners are a father and son tandem that cater to most every need. We did a full-day tour with Hassan (the father) that was informative and individualized. He also mixed in some interesting anecdotes about growing up in the area. The rooms are super interesting in that they are literally part of a cave. We had a family room that included a master bedroom, a sitting area, a large room for 3, and a very modern bathroom. Breakfast is included and is typical Turkish fare. If you are planning to stay in Goreme you will certainly not regret staying at this hotel. Overall, an unreal experience.

We stayed at Vineyard Hotel 3 days. It was wonderful. The owner, Osman is also a guide and he personally took us round to see the most important sights. His son Hassan was very nice and did everything to make our stay a happy one. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast on the open roof balcony was wonderful too I recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to visit the mysterious and beautiful land of Cappadokia. Thank you

Room Tip: We had the upper room and the choice was wonderful

I and my wife stayed at Vineyard Cave for 5 daysin June, 2014; Osman and Hasan were very kind to gratify all our wishes and to help us to plan our hikes along unforgettable Goreme's valleys or every other guided visit ( the green tour for example was very fine ). Traditional room was comfortable, spacious and very suggestive and gave us a real sensation of warmth. Buffet breakfast on the terrace were a satisfactory way to begin every day. It was a pity that our fiable English didn't give us the possibility to take more advantages of owners' kindness.
