This is a beautiful hotel in cappadocia. The moment i entered our room i was in awe!! The best part about this hotel is its location..just walk down there r various restaurants and shops around. Also, its a cave hotel..all rooms here are different in looks..if u want a five star luxury then it may not be the best place but even then its a a very comfortable hotel and the rooms actually make u feel like u r living inside a cave..the view outside is also pretty nice. There r many cave hotels in cappadocia but i would recommend you to stay in Goreme..u may find some good hotels in Urgup but Urgup is quiet isolated. The rooms are very warm and cozy if u r visiting in winters.

The hotel facility itself was quite nice. The size of the hotel was just right, not too big. And the Jacuzzi though a bit leaky, was most wonderful after a long day's hiking. The room was very clean. The mattress was regretfully far too soft for us to sleep well.

But the really regretful part was the service of the reception staff. None can accuse them of being welcoming nor helpful. When I booked the hotel via email, the responses were relatively quick. But when we arrive, we were showed a room(not the one we booked but still nice) and that's it. We need to squeeze information from the staff, and was offered a wrong time of the bus schedule. (we were told very hour sharp, but it was in fact the 15th in every hour). The complimentary shuttle bus picked us up from the airport on time but was 15mins late when we were leaving. Again, this information wasn't provided to us until we asked.

Our guess was that the hotel was used to people joining various sight seeing groups and only sleep in the hotel, not the independent travellers. We still enjoyed our time in Cappadocia greatly.

Dear our guests,
Thank you for sharing your experience about our hotel.
Please be sure that the unsatisfactory points are always very important for us. We shared your review with our staff to improve our service and to avoid similar problems.
Please accept our apologises for the receptionist. The receptionist that you complain quitted the job a few days ago.
The shuttle company is not belong to our hotel and the driver is not our staff. They might be late becuase of the previous hotel's guests who didn't catch the minivan on time. Also we just make reservation for the shuttle for our guests. Kindly note that the shuttle company is one of the best one in Cappadocia and guarantee to cover all your ticket expence if you can not arrive to airport on time.
About the mattress, they are first quality and soft to provide our guests comfortable sleep. We wish you had let us know about it to change them with firm mattresses.
Best wishes,

Cappadochia was our highlight on our trip to Turkey, and Cappadocia Cave Suites made it all the more memorable with their atmospheric cave rooms and ethnic decor. The excellent experience started right from the time I looked at their website to make our booking - they had pictures of individual rooms to help you choose, and our email queries were responded to promptly and efficiently by Ercan, the helpful manager. The room turned out to be exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel is located on a small hillock, making the most of the surreal view of the town full of fairy chimneys spread out below it. Our room on the first day (301) had a balcony from where we could see the balloons drifting past. On the second day, we were upgraded to Fairy Chimney 1, the most romantic room I have ever stayed in, complete with a two-person jacuzzi. As we travelled in the height of winter, it was wonderful to have under-floor heating in the bathrooms and well-heated, cosy rooms. Although most tours had been canceled due to the heavy snow, Ercan managed to find a tour for us that combined parts of two tours at a very reasonable price. The breakfast spread was very good, and could have your eggs cooked to order too. One small improvement needed - the staff in the breakfast room could be more friendly. And a tip - be prepared not to have large closets - which is a minor sacrifice you have too make to stay in a room with an authentic cave atmosphere.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Cappadocia Cave Suites! The hotel itself is magnificent, and our room was great! It was very spacious, clean, and the wooden doors (to the room and to the bathroom) were very cool! The decor was fantastic too and really set the atmosphere! The shower in the bathroom was huge, and one side of it was covered in jets, which would shoot water out at you if you chose that setting (I think the purpose of it was to be massaging; I tried it and it wasn't really my thing, but it was a neat feature!). Wifi connection was great as well.

My only criticism would be that the restaurant is a bit overpriced (21 Lira for a kebap?), but the food was delicious!

I would absolutely stay here again!

My partner and I stayed at the Cappadocia Cave Suites, Goreme, for 3 nights in January 2014.
* Location = Excellent. In the middle of Goreme, within 10 minutes walk of Goreme open air museum, 5 minutes to restaurants and the bus terminal to Uchisar/Urgup/Avanos.
* Room = Superb and unique. Room 107 is a genuine cave room built into the side of a fairy chimney - we had access to a private balcony with excellent views over Goreme. Although there was a problem with central heating on our first night, it was quickly fixed and our room was warm by the second night. We slept with windows open since it was so quiet outside. Comfortable bed, day bed/lounge, coat rack, huge heated towel rack (a must since we hand wash all our clothes!), jacuzzi and separate kitchenette with kettle made this a very comfortable stay.
* Food = Good selection for breakfast and make scrambled/fried eggs to order. Lovely views over Goreme from the restaurant.
* Customer service = Fantastic. I booked through the hotel since I was in love with room 107; I was not disappointed with their customer service. Ercan was attentive, responding quickly to my queries and organising complementary airport shuttles (1 hour to Kayseri airport from Goreme!) He also recommended many hot air ballooning companies and a fantastic discount on Butterfly Balloons, who were very professional. Other staff members were also very helpful, organising horse back riding excursions and providing advice about local attractions.
We had an awesome time!

Room Tip: Room 107 is built into a fairy chimney and has great views over Goreme.

We stayed here for two nights and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious ,clean and comfortable.Since i prefer to iron my own clothes I would like that an iron was made available but other wise the room was very well equipped. We had the breakfast which was great.
The hotel pick and drop was on time. We didnt book any activities(day trips, balloon rides etc) via them which was good as we later found that these were cheaper if booked directly instead of the hotel. But overall a great experience.would definitely recommend it.

Dear our guests,
Thank you for sharing your experience regarding our hotel.
We are very pleased to see that you had a memorable experience in our hotel.
We add about 3 Euro service cost to tour prices. Except this, in Goreme can find different tour and balloon prices which may be different company to company, quality to quality.
Looking forward to seeing you in Cappadocia Cave Suites again.
